Stroll along the sandy shore to fish from the Oak Island Pier, enjoy dinner at Koko Cabana or end your evening with live music and drinks at The Lazy Turtle.

Settle on the comfy sofa or pair of armchairs to stream your evening shows together, curl up on the recliner in the corner with a good book, or let the gorgeous views just outside distract you from the plot. If you prefer to simply watch the waves while breathing in the fresh sea air, the private covered porch just off the living room offers a bar-height table with three captain's chairs and an additional pair of captain's chairs with a cocktail table between them.

For indoor meals, the sturdy wooden dining table seats at least six comfortably, with bench seating along one side offering flexibility to seat more. An additional two barstools are also available at the breakfast bar flanking the dining area.

The kitchen invokes the natural beauty beyond your door, with a sea blue tile backsplash and sandy counters and accents. Everything you need to cook for your crew is provided, including all appliances, a double sink and equipment for cooking and dining. A pass-through window to the dining area makes serving dinner a breeze and keeps the chef connected to the rest of the group while they work.

The primary suite is furnished with a king bed and offers a wall-mounted Smart TV for personal entertainment. Sliding glass doors offer direct access to the covered porch and stunning views. Fall asleep lulled by the sound of the waves each night and wake to the sun sparking on the water each morning. When it’s time to get ready for the day’s adventures or prepare for bed, you’ll appreciate the attached private bathroom equipped with a standard tub/shower combo.

A second full bathroom with hall access is shared between the final two bedrooms. Both are furnished with queen beds, and the third bedroom also has its own TV and DVD player to help ensure there’s no fighting over the remote during your stay. The stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located in a small laundry nook beside the hall bathroom.

Outside the entrance to the condo, a pair of classic rocking chairs and a sturdy bench offer a place to wait as the rest of your party loads up their beach gear or simply rest and take in the quiet. At the base of the stairs to the parking lot, a community rinse-off station (cold water only) is the ideal place to shower most of the sand away before heading back home.

One of several private community beach access points is on the far side of the building, and the oceanfront pool is just a few buildings further if you prefer to cool off without the sand and surf in play.
