Sea Watch 800 is a three bedroom, plus open den (den has a partition), three bathroom condo located on the 8th floor directly facing the ocean. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom, queen a + bunk bed (two twins) in 3rd bedroom, bedding in den new queen sleeper sofa, 2 new single rollaway beds. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 5 flat screen TV’s, 3 DVD players, and wifi. Limit of 12 people. Parking for2 cars. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday. Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’. There is a vehicle registration fee of $75.00 per vehicle from May 1 through September 30. CONTROL#0068002

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful, 4-bedroom ocean front condo, with plenty of room for our family of 8. I have stayed in this building before, but this condo was twice the size of the previous units I have rented. The owners have done a beautiful job with upkeep and renovations, showing much attention to detail and providing for a luxurious vacation rental. I highly recommend this unit and would stay here again.
