BUILDING NOTICE – EXTERIOR CONSTRUCTION
Please note that while exterior work for this unit has been completed, construction is ongoing on the opposite side of the building. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with intermittent noise expected during the day. Scaffolding will be in use, and some areas may be temporarily closedfor safety.
Please also note that the SWIMMING POOL will remain closed through Fall 2026.

    The best feature of this property is the location - closeness to the businesses in the area, to Waikiki Beach, and for this specific unit, the allocated parking. The unit itself is in good condition and everything worked. Some suggestions for improvements include: 1) Perhaps some upgrades to soundproofing the patio doors - street noise, especially garbage disposal starting at 500am is hearable daily. 2) some upgrades to the shading - while the shading worked, it was not complete - due to how the shades are configured, it is difficult to get close to blackout conditions - sunlight could come in even though all shades are down 3) some instructions for the TV / cable would be ideal - upon activation and turning on - the TV was not on the right input and one has to experiment to get the cable tv working. 4) AC can be improved - it is adequate - but needs to be maintained regularly 5) Water pressure in the shower could be improved - perhaps remove the water flow restrictor in the shower head. Other than above points, the unit is as advertised.

    This was a great place to stay. It was walking distance to everything in Waikiki. The host was super chill and easy to communicate with. This place was a huge plus because it came with a parking stall. I think the only con was that it could get a little noisy in the morning. You can hear other people opening the sliding doors to the balcony.I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself was as advertised and the parking was perfect! Communication was clear and easy.. The ONLY downside was the upstairs neighbor. I'm not sure if it is another rental or owner-occupied, but several times, especially in the mornings starting around 5AM, they would open their sliding glass door that originally sounded like they were dragging furniture across the floor ( yes, its THAT loud), and then they were smoking pot. My daughter noticed it first, and I don't know if if was coming through a vent or how it was coming into this unit, as our doors were always closed with the AC on.

    Great location in Waikiki - you can easily walk to so many shops and restaurants and of course the beach. One of the big selling points for us was that it came with a parking space for a rental car at no extra charge/fee! It was nice and clean and equipped with all that we needed for our week long stay! We enjoyed making our breakfasts each morning and sitting out on the lanai enjoying the beautiful weather and views.

Some essentials also need to be replenished ie wine glasses .The check in and check out was very easy and convenient. Lots of places close by to shop and eat with and awesome Poke place right across the street it that is what you like. The rental company was great to deal with and was very communicative before during and after our stay.

    Absolutely loved our stay in this condo . Clean , comfortable, big bed , nice partial ocean view and a car parking space . Management super quick to respond to an enquiry I had . We love Marine Surf , it’s in the middle of everything you want to be near and we can’t wait to come back to this condo . Mahalo!
