Ocean Breezes + Gulf Front Resort, Pools & Tennis

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and well equipped. Enjoyed coffee over looking the beach each morning. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This was an hidden gem for Panama Coty. We will return. Every condo there has ocean views and lake views. It just outside of all the tourist chaos but close enough for a 10 min drive to pier park if you want to venture out. The condo was clean they supplied with beach chairs, tennis rackets, binoculars and a flashlight for night time crabbing on the beach. It was perfect for my son and I.

We love Pinacle Port! It's always peaceful and the location is perfect for families.

Ocean Breezes was simply wonderful! Perfect location for my BFF and I to have a girls' trip. The views are amazing. The condo itself was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well-appointed. It had everything we needed for a great vacation. Both the main bed and sleeper sofa were comfortable. It was always easy and pleasant to communicate with Oversee, the property management company. I enjoyed my stay so much that I am re-booking this same condo for my husband's birthday in a few months. I highly recommend staying at Ocean Breezes!

Gorgeous emerald waters, sugar white sands, colorful skies and miles of trees from every window. Soothing to fall asleep to the rhythm of the waves, woke to sunrises that are works of art, checked for dolphins and planned out fun daily activities like hiking a state forest, paddle boarding the lake and visited the darling shops in town. Ended each day with finding shells on a beach-walk as the sun set. This place was clean, comfortable, close to so many things and had everything I needed to provide a blissful, dreamy vacation that I didn’t want to wake up from. Looking forward to coming back again and again. Highly recommend staying at Ocean Breezes.

My wife and I had a fabuous stay at Pinnacle Port. Everything was suburb, from the scenery with beautiful ocean veiws, interesting wildlife, friendly people, moderate prices and we even collected a bag of exqusite seashells to bring home for our childrens' garden we have back home in Detroit. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a week of much-needed vacation. And Oversee was right there in a flash to help us in a couple of situations where we needed some help. We were here during Christmas and loved the ambiance. We are already thinking about making plans to come back again next year, God willing.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wish there had been pictures in the original ad and it had been more clear what the layout was. The stairs between the bedroom and main area was a pain (literally). The furniture was sparce and uncomfortable. The layout resulted in TINY areas. The deck was tiny with uncomfortable furniture. There is very little shopping or good resturants in the area, unless you want a two hour wait over in Rosemary beach. On the bright side, the water was amazingly clear here. The leasing company was incredibly professional and helpful.

The lovely, understated decor was calming and well thought out. The kitchen had every utensil, appliance and All Clad pots and pans. Not your usual amenity. The setting was perfect- on the beach, a big pool, and tennis courts. It was more than we imagined. We can’t wait to go back for a longer vacation soon. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else but “Ocean Breezes”. A winner!!
