Stayed May 8, 2025My wife and I were very happy with the condo at Perdido Key. The Gulf was right outside (we were on the sixth floor) and it was wonderful -- a great view and the sound of the waves. The condo was very clean and perfect. We would gladly stay here again.

Stayed Mar 24, 2025We are annual visitors to the area and normally rent from VRBO. This particular property was perfect for us. The condo was immaculate when we arrived and everything was just as it should be and the communication with the management was very clear, so much so that we didn’t have to call them for anything.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024We will stay here on our next trip! Located in a more quiet area, so we didn't have to fight for a spot on the beach. Clean and homey with a fantastic ocean view! Great restaurants were just minutes away in any direction with quick access to grocery stores and shops.

Stayed Jul 2, 2024The condo was perfect! It was clean and smelled amazing as soon as we walked in. There was soft music playing on the TVs which added to the ambiance. The condo was spacious and well equipped! Amazing water pressure! We will be back for sure!

Stayed Jun 13, 2024We had a great time at this condo! The location was fabulous, the beach was quiet and they provided more of the necessities like trash bags than most places we stay. Sounds small but to not have to remember to bring them from home or buy them when we get there is a nice little unexpected surprise. The only slight complaint is they are VERY strict on the check out policy. At 10:15 they were knocking on the door and 30 min later we received a text urging us to leave. I do understand though and it certainly was our fault but would have been nice to have either a little wiggle room or a little later check out.
