Important Things to Note

• Parking: Lot parking for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and issued at the front gate on arrival. For more than one pass, please notify Grand Welcome prior to check-in. Provide the reservation name and condo number (3215) to the gate guard to receive your pass.

• Location within complex: Building 3 (the tan building), on the second floor above the parking level. See the community map for elevator and stairwell locations.

• Elevator/stairs: There is an elevator in the building; stairs are required if the elevator is unavailable. The elevator is operated and maintained by building management.

• Laundry: On-site washer/dryer machines operate by credit or debit card.

• Communal amenities: Pools, hot tub, sauna, and BBQ areas are part of the resort community; hours and availability are set by the resort and may vary.

• Security: Exterior/community security cameras are located throughout the resort community/neighborhood.

• Pet policy: No pets are permitted at this home.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

    Unit: While the unit itself was clean, the furniture and feel of the unit was very wet. You could see a lot of moisture that had ran down the walls. The unit was in an enclosed space with an indoor pool and other water features, but the property did not have the ventilation units on during the stay. We purchased DampRid but it didn't really help. After further evaluation of the room, we found that the ac vent system was covered in black mold. In addition, the front left heating element on the stove did not work. Property:As for the property itself, it needs updating and repairs. There were chunks missing out of the stairs and the elevator would hang up at times. We were not able to get the contact information for the shuttle service and the schedule was not posted until the following Saturday in which we checked out.

    The apartment/unit was great, just as described and very clean. Communication with the property manager was very prompt. Check-in process with the 3rd-party was a bit of a hassle, but eventually out worked fine. The property's shuttle service schedule was limited, but is not controlled by the individual units.
