Ocean Breeze 33 is a gorgeous single level home in the Sea Pines neighborhood. When you arrive, you will notice the peaceful community and large trees providing a ton of shade. The living room features a sofa and two oversized chairs to offer the perfect spot for family game nights or just kick up your legs after a fun day in the sun! Large windows help to fill the space with tons of natural light.

The kitchen features white appliances and great counter space. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, stove top with an oven as well as cooking and eating utensils to cook up some delicious meals during your stay. The dining area has a dining table with seating for four as well as seating for two at the breakfast bar. After dinner, take a step out on the deck and enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature and the gorgeous view from the chairs.

The private deck offers great views of the lush low country. Enjoy breakfast out here or dive into a good book using the chairs provided for use during your stay. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a television and dresser as well as closet space to unpack. The second bathroom features all the amenities that your guests will need during their stay. Your guests will feel at home with the spacious room and accommodating bathroom. The third bedroom contains two twin beds, making this the perfect spot for the kids! This bedroom is spacious enough for the kids to bring some games and toys and have a great time! A television is also located in this bedroom.     I hope the owner knows how this property is not being taken care of and this finds it helpful to him. I always care for others property as I would my own. Check in was a mess. The place was filthy. Dishes were all dirty with caked on food. Subfloor was not holding up flooring. Some areas held together by duct tape. The place was depressing. I even felt bad for the dogs Bec the floor was so dirty.

    Overall this property worked well for our family. The location is great with near by beach access, pools, shopping, and restaurants.

    Location and neighborhood were great but unit was sub-par: furnishings were shabby, appliances worked intermittently (for example microwave would only cook for 5 minutes then shut down for 30 to 45 minutes), and when the electronic door lock died we could not reach the local manager for an hour.

    This place should never had been rented out to people. As soon as you open the door you're hit with the smell of mold and mildew and that's before you even step inside! Once you do, it only gets worse. There was obvious water damage in the ceiling downstairs with part of the ceiling falling down around the sprinkler heads and mold coming through the paint. The mold stains ran about 6 feet and gathered around the light fixture so it was just a matter of time before it caused an electrical fire. To make matters worse, the unit is managed by a property management company whom I notified right away. They said they had a smaller unit they could move us into but that it was more expensive and I'd have to pay the difference. I told them to forget it and that I would not be keeping my family here and asked them to cancel my reservation and they said I was obligated to pay per the contract. We will never stay at this complex ever again. This was our first trip to Hilton Head - so much for 1st impressions.

    This property is conveniently located near the beach and Coligny Plaza. The unit itself is dated and the air conditioning does not adequately cool the upstairs bedrooms. The bathrooms are outdated and the 2 bathtubs have no stoppers. The pool is so-so. Seems to be a great place for pets as everybody staying there has a least one if not more dogs. Fine accommodations if all you are looking for is a bed to lay your head and don't mind sweating it out all night.

    The location was a short walk to the beach as advertised. The unit itself was dated but adequate. This was a facility that met but did not exceed expectations.

    Check in was all bad but no parking passes. The day after we checked in I was called 5 times so the exterminator could do an inspection! Wow I’m on vacation. Clean that’s a joke.! Counters and cabinets are awful. Kitchen didn’t even have a basic casserole dish! Upstairs bedrooms the one bedroom didn’t even have a lamp and no hangers in any of the closets! The beds you would have been better on the floor! But the best part is as we check out we take all the sheets off and the bed my father who is 80 yrs old had a blood stain on mattress cover that is nasty!! I will never stay there again! I love Hilton head but this one experience has made me second guess my next beach trip

    3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms was great- BUT outlets in all 3 bathrooms did not work. Missing lightbuls in light fixtures, ridiculously OLD uncomfortable furniture, sliding screen door to small patio BROKEN and did not open. Not one window in the house had a screen so if you wanted fresh air - forget it. Many, many small things broken and unattended to. No towel rack replaced in broken spot in downstairs bathrooms- need I go on?!! This home needs MAJOR updating, and tending to. There was literally not one place in the living room you could sit and be comfortable.. Pretty upset about the whole experience- especially as I rented this to see my 90 year old mother after a year and a half being away with covid. Ridiculous.
