Ocean Block Unit with Indoor & Outdoor Pool for Year-Round Fun!

Nice! Close to the beach. First building facing coastal Hwy. No elevator and lots of stairs was the only thing we didn’t like. We would stay again.

Fantastic place to stay. Easy check in and eveything was exactly what we were expecting. 2 minute wall to the beach. Pool was well kept.Zero problems!

GOOD: great location, nice clean pool area, new roomy kitchen, walkable to good restaurants BAD: furniture old and stained, Double Beds not comfortable, pull out couch was Horrible-not even a child could sleep on it. Comforters were worn, window curtains were very worn and let light in the room, no blinds. Pans were scratched and not healthy to cook with (pots, dishes were nice), unit floor needs a good cleaning. Overall this unit needs to be updated. My family would not choose to stay here again.

Excellent place to stay the process was smooth from booking to checking in and out. Extremely comfortable and included everything that we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend and we plan on hopefully returning next year!

Perfect size and location for our family of four. The management team was quick to help us when we couldn’t locate our parking pass. We would stay here again!

What a cute place! Great getaway for the three of us (husband, adult daughter and myself). The place was very clean, location was perfect. Short walk to the beach, didn’t have to cross Coastal Highway. Communication with host was good.

For being at the end of the season, the rental was very clean. Will need a good spring clean before the next summer but overall we were happy. I had some trouble finding the parking but that was more my error. The lack of elevator did not bother us. The noise from other condos is almost non-existent. Nice set up in the condo with just enough space for three people. I was worried we would find the beds uncomfortable but they were okay (personal preference). It was the full size that felt smaller but that was clearly marked in the description. We didn't use any of the kitchen amenities so I can't comment there. Overall great stay!

This spot was as listed according to photos, location, etc but I purposely booked it over others for the hot tub, which was out of commission. This was the property management but still very disappointing. The parking spot directions would have helped immensely if they had said our spot was underneath the building, nothing more frustrating than a long drive and then turning around several times in the wrong parking area. This was only a minor thing. Property manager should have taken down hot tub as an amenity. Otherwise it was nice. They ask for you to report things on arrival, which we did, and there was no acknowledgement.

Our stay at this condo had its ups and downs. The location was definitely a highlight, just a short walk to the beach without needing to cross any roads. However, being on the top floor with no elevator meant lugging our belongings up several flights of stairs, which was quite a workout. The house itself was adequately equipped with all necessary amenities, including a washer and dryer, which was convenient for our summer stay. Although the rental included sheets and towels, the requirement to make the beds upon arrival and strip them before departure seemed counterintuitive given the additional cleaning fee. Our sleep quality suffered due to the uncomfortable and noisy mattresses on both beds. Additionally, the comforters were smelly and stained, so we opted not to use them. Thankfully, the bed linens provided by the company were clean and of good quality. One disappointing aspect was the lack of information regarding pool access and hours. Despite looking around, we couldn't find any details nearby or in the property itself. It would be beneficial for the owner to update this information for future guests. Overall, while the location was excellent, our overall experience was marred by uncomfortable sleeping conditions and unclear pool information. Considering these factors, we wouldn't choose to stay here again.

The condo was wonderful. The property itself was nice. My only complaint is that they decided the paint the walkway on the first and second floors that we needed to cross to get to the room the day we got there. I have no idea why would they would do that during prime season!
