Ocean Block-Crib, stroller, high chair included, great for extended families!

This is our second summer staying at this great place. The spacious open floor plan and easy walk to the [guarded] beach makes it ideal for our crew (2 families of 4 Aunt and grandmother). Coded entry makes it easy and communication was excellent. The place is thoughtfully stocked with lots of extra supplies (everything from extra beach towels, linens, beach chairs wagon, and toiletries), should you forget something! We didn’t have to worry about anything but showing up and enjoying ourselves. We would love to come back!

I’ve never been to a more kid friendly rental! If you have kids this is the place you want. Very accommodating. Wonderful host! Great stay!

The place is very large and had lots of stuff for little ones which was great. The only thing to note, especially if traveling with little ones, is to bring the sound machine! The unit is very noisy. We could hear everything going on outside and above us, drunk people coming home, trash being collected, and coastal highway at all hours. Other than that, it was a nice stay, location is great and there was plenty of space

Property is beautiful and convenient to everything. I love the availability of line , beach towels and accessories, games, and streaming channels! I will most definitely be staying again!!!!

Stayed five nights four adults and three boys under the age of four. The condo was very well set up for small children with crib, pack and play, twin beds with available side rails, many toys, beach equipment, lots of plastic dinnerware in addition to the standard dishware. . Appreciated that the walk to the beach was quite safe in that there is no through traffic on this street between the condo and the beach. Electronic access into the building and the condo worked very well and added to the safety. Very close proximity to grocery store, many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay. The property was spacious, plenty of towels, sheets, and all the kitchen supplies we needed. Our granddaughter enjoyed all the toys, and the new crib was great for our 3 month old grandson. The walk to the beach was very short, and the rooftop pool, though small, was great for a quick dip. The location is very convenient with an Acme grocery store and OC's best pizza place right across the street. We would definitely stay again.

The condo is on the beach block and is amazing!! It was just as pictured! We had so much fun staying and cant wait to go back next year! We loved that it was so kid friendly!!

Great location away from the crowds but sill easy to get to places and easy access to beach. Would stay again.

Deborah made everything very smooth from beginning to end. The condo had plenty of space for our group of 9 women.
