Ocean Block Condo with Large Balcony, AC, WiFi & Laundry - Steps to the Beach

This is such a perfect place for a larger group. Beautiful! So close to the beach and walkable to great places. Highly recommend!!

The location was perfect for our large group. Easy walk to the sand and just as easy to the bay or bus stop. Parking is tight, but decent. Having an elevator was great and the condo itself is huge. More than enough room for all of us (6 Adults 3 kids). The living space is wide open and inviting. Sitting in the porch, you can see the ocean and the bay. Overall, we loved this place!

This was a very nice place to stay at if you are taking large family to Ocean city. Large rooms with dated furniture and enough bathroom for the whole family. I would stay here again.

The property is just as advertised and was perfect for our family vacation. The location is perfect, little traffic, quick walk to the beach and within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Communication with the property manager and the check in process was slightly confusing but otherwise a 5- star experience for us.

Convenient location to the beach and attractions. Nice one floor setting. You’ll get your steps in at this property! Parking area is tight, but there is possible street parking as well when available. I would stay here again. The Vasassa management team is not very friendly, but thankfully after check in you no longer have to deal with them, or at least we didn’t.

This place was very nice. It had enough beds for everyone in my family of 11, plus space to spare on a hideaway bed in the couch. The family room also had enough space for all of us to chill out in our down time and watch some tv, read, play family games. And the dining table also had enough chairs. The view of the Ocean and the Bay from the balcony is just as awesome. The breeze that passes through makes it even better. I would highly recommend staying here for groups up to 13, and the location is also perfect to getting to attractions. Cons: Hallway tub drains slowly during a shower and fills the tub. Put in for service on Monday, and they came to repair on Friday. Never fixed the issue. Also, sinks in primary bathroom were slow draining and would fill quickly when just brushing your teeth.

Nice location near the beach. Fairly spacious. Wonderful to have an elevator.

Overall, this home worked well for our group of 12. Everyone had a bed and there was ample space for us to gather in the living room and hang out on the balcony. Having the parking spaces right below our unit was a HUGE help as well. There was also plenty of bathrooms and showers for every one to get ready in as well. However, one shower did have mold in it. Along with one of the bed frames being broken so the mattress was tilted. Our air conditioner did stop working but they were able to send out maintenance rather quickly to get it up and running again. These few small inconveniences is why I rated it 4 stars out of 5. Overall, the location is exceptionally close to the beach and in walking distance to many restaurants and stores. I would recommend a stay here!
