Ocean Place is beautifully situated in the northernmost reaches of Ocean City, on an oceanfront piece of property that backs up to the dunes and the wide ocean beach. Here at the Maryland-Delaware state line, you can walk to the complex's outdoor swimming pool, the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, the Sun & Surf Cinema, Nick's Mini-Golf, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, and an assortment of excellent restaurants, sweet shops, bars, tax-free shopping, and other attractions. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets allowed No smoking (including on balconies and within 20 feet of common areas) Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property.
