Stayed Jul 31, 2025This place was everything it was advertised and more. We planned this trip as a last minute vacation. This villa provided us with everything you could possibly need while on vacation. They even provided beach chairs umbrellas, wagon to tote everything as well as toys for the kids. We will definitely be booking this place again. Also the hosts are amazing and very accessible throughout your stay with any questions that may arise from check in to recommendations for restaurants.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025We had a great time and Sandra was great at communicating. The condo is clean and the view is nice. The beach was the best past because it wasn’t crowded at all. The cart provided was a lifesaver’ I also got engaged on this trip so that made it even more special. Thank you for sharing your home.

Stayed Apr 15, 2025The condo itself was clean and as advertised. Communication from the owner was excellent. However it lacked many things that are routinely supplied (no bath mats, no shower soaps or shampoos, no starter coffee, very little TP, no plastic food containers, ziplocs or other wraps, no cutting board, no Kleenex, no beach towels, no knife set) - especially for this expensive of a rental! The mattresses were very soft. The beach via the resort’s boardwalk is ½ mile away, although they do offer a shuttle ride if needed. The elevators are painfully slow and only one per building (for over 100 units) and not that close to the unit. The dumpsters are quite a journey to get to. Bike rentals are super expensive: 35 per adult and 25 for a child.

Stayed Mar 23, 2025The owner Sandra was the best ever in 40 years of vacations. She is one of the kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. The Villa I would purchase and hope to. The onsite bar by the pool had amazing owners. Matt the mixologist was an awesome person. Relatable and keep me coming back. If you read this make it your next spot.

Stayed May 24, 2024I’ve stayed on HHI before and I’ve even stayed in the Hilton Head Resort before so when I say I scoured every Vrbo and that other big site whose name cannot be mentioned in a review listing to find exactly what I wanted and scored big with this listing, I mean it. The rental is cute, airy, has great views of the boardwalk and ocean, top floor, and has great beds. Two sturdy full sized beds in the kids room so no one fought over a bunk bed or had to share. The master bed was very comfortable. You’ll be in building one which is where the best (imo) pool is and is closest to the boardwalk. They even have a storage locker on ground floor for beach stuff, no hauling sandy stuff up stairs. This is the perfect place if you want great beach access. The boardwalk shuttle is so convenient and the beach is rarely crowded. The bar at the end of the boardwalk has the best chicken tenders in the world according to my 9 year old, but it’s also great to be able to buy a cold drink steps away from your umbrella. Highly highly recommend picking this unit and will hopefully be back next year!
