Ocean and City Renovated Marine Surf Waikiki Condo Close to Waikiki Beach

The apartment was clean enough... re-washed all the dishes before using them... pots did not have lids... very very noisy neighbors next door... constant movement of furniture.

parking space was really small especially top. I had a hard time to park at there.

Excellent location & well equipped comfortable studio unit in the middle of Waikiki; detailed instructions are received 4 days prior to occupancy which included no check-in prior to 3:30pm, when we arrived just past 4pm the reception desk was closed, so basically they don’t want to physically interact with arriving guests; on entry, we could not figure out how to control the AC & ceiling fan, so it would be nice to provide such basic instructions (in our opinion); fortunately by calling the help number given, we late at night eventually figured out that there are 2 separate systems & controls; we also never figured out the TV channels, but I guess we shouldn’t be watching in Hawaii anyway; other than these 2 hiccups, the unit is as described & we recommend it as a base for exploring Waikiki!

Perfect! Easy check-in and check-out. Everything you need during a vacation. We liked the fact that we can cook our own meal or go out to eat. Location was perfect with nearby eateries, mall, and beach. Designated parking spot was the one essential factor that was a clincher for us. No extra fee for parking.

My Girlfriend and I had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Ocean and City renovated Marine Surf Waikiki condo! With just a short walk to Waikiki Beach, we rarely used our rental car. Everything we needed from surfing, swimming, restaurants, and shopping was all in walking distance. Nella with customer surface was awesome and made everything so easy!The unit was just as described! Super clean and well put together. It was equipped with all the essential cookware & dishes, and even had a little day cooler for us to use as we went out for a picnic.The one heads up would be the parking. There is a 6ft clearance in the parking garage (as was described) but the parking stall itself (for unit 2103) is in the corner and does not provide such clearance. An SUV, Jeep,etc. would not fit well. We lucky had a Nissan Altima and snugged in all good to the spot.We had a Great experience from start to finish! Very considerate hosts. Had coolers, beach mats and towels, easy wifi sign in, and I was able to easily get in touch with them if i had a ? during my stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. This location is nice, clean and very convenient as it was at the center of Waikiki. The free parking is a huge plus!

You could see that same renovations happened in the apartment, so the overall feeling is nice, it doesn’t feel old or messy. Check in and out was extremely easy!

This spot is central to everything you’ll want to visit in Waikiki. And the high floor provides some amazing views. The included parking spot was an important detail for us.
