Stayed Aug 5, 2025The condo itself was nice and we loved that each room had its own bathroom, allowing people more privacy. Unfortunately mattresses were so broken down no one was able to get any sleep.

Stayed May 15, 2025very pleasant stay in orange beach for the festival. the condo had plenty of room for our group and the balcony overlooking the water was lovely. the condo is a bit dated and was not as clean as i would have expected when we checked in on thursday.

We went during the off season but plan to be back during the summer to utilize all of the amenities! Plenty of parking, fast elevators, clean facility, and friendly staff!

Stayed Sep 15, 2024The Condo is amazing and the building is great for a family. The slide and lazy river are awesome the kids loved it. The restaurant and bar was really convenient too, even though it’s a little expensive. The only downside was the mattresses were terrible but nothing and new mattress wouldn’t fix them it would be perfect. The view of the oven was amazing as well.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024Property was great size with an amazing view. The Oasis facility is even better. We loved the adult pool, beach access, lazy river, and the snack bar/bar that was located on the ground floor. Secure parking that was easy to get in and out of. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen had what we needed. Cons: read the instructions you get after booking. It was disappointing that we needed to take a trip to the store on the second day to get hand soap and trash bags (tiny bar provided. 1 trash bag provided). Not what I expected when paying $500 dollars a night. Beds were in poor shape. They were sagging whenever you’d lay down, and creaked with every move. Not a comfortable sleep. Overall it was a nice stay!
