Oasis, Bar/Restaurant on site! Lazy river and Slide!

This condo does not overlook the beach...it overlooks the highway. I must have missed that in the listing. We were not expecting a view of the traffic. There are only 6 elevators in the entire building for 32 floors. We waited on elevators 15 to 20 minutes at a time.

Great Condo , great place Oasis stayed there several times. Julia Ayers is a great host. Enjoyed most the Lazy River and pools , sauna . Great place to stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful condo, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay.The condo itself was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was definitely the lazy river pool – it's such a relaxing and fun feature! My kids absolutely loved floating around, splashing water, and just enjoying their time in the sun. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.Additionally, the amenities for kids were fantastic. There were plenty of activities to keep them entertained, from the splash pad to games. It really made our family vacation memorable as I could relax while knowing the kids were having a great time!Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. If you're looking for a beautiful, clean, and family-friendly place to stay with incredible amenities, I highly recommend this condo. It truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back!

Very nice place. We had some electrical outlets not working and the toilet in the hall bath had a broken handle and wouldn’t flush though.

The description leads you to believe that it is a beach facing condo. There was no privacy and I counted seven balconies that I could see and they could see me and we even heard other people having conversations about how they were tricked also on getting the backside not facing the beach. When contacting them they made it look like I was stupid and showed me about the third or fourth page down in the fine print where it said is a north facing condo. They were very unfriendly and unapologetic about it. This isn’t my first rodeo. Im over 50 years old and I have been doing this my entire adult life and have never been tricked this way. I have never got a condo on the backside.

It was a lovely resort. I misread the description and thought that it was ocean view. The view was still pretty. Huge condo, clean and well decorated. I love the chandelier. We would definitely stay again.

It was very nice and clean, wish you had more cookware, needs bathroom floor mats as well. But overall was very nice

Enjoyable. Only problem was with Master Bath hair dryer. It sparked and smoke came out. Sent messages to warn management firm of the safety hazzard.

The overall building was clean and accommodating as usual. We enjoy the lazy river and proximity to the gulf. There were minor mechanical issues in the condo (light bulbs either burnt out or not working, main bedroom fan out, etc). Most dangerous issue was the back door lock not in operation. We had toddlers with us and that seemed a bit of a hazard. Overall, the unit was clean and we enjoyed it. It would have been even better if we had been facing the gulf.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a nice enough place—it could use some TLC and paint. The rooms were spacious, and the view from the 20th floor was nice. However, the bed in the guest room was old, uncomfortable and noisy. Unfortunately, the adult pool area, gift shop, and cafe were all closed during the whole time we were there — very disappointing. There was easy access to the beach, and it was a beautiful weekend. Our family rented two condos in the building, the other was much cleaner, updated, and nicer. All said, it was OK, but could be much better for the same price

Loved the area and the condo! The pool and lazy river was not cleaned much but trip was great!
