Stayed Jun 7, 2025The accommodations were great and everything was as wind as they appeared in photos. The amenities at the resort were very convenient. My only complaint about the entire stay is not something the host had any control over. I’m not sure who makes the decisions but the chair/umbrella rental companies getting all of the prime beach real estate was a bit frustrating for our group. Overall an absolutely wonderful stay.

Stayed May 26, 2024We really enjoyed our vacation and staying in this unit. The owner was very available and responsive, especially when we were trying to clarify check-in time. The furniture was comfortable, and really facilitated our family interacting. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking and eating/drinking items. There is both a coffee pot and Keurig. There is a new bistro and bar at the facility. It’s pricey, but convenient and really good! The only occasional challenge was getting the elevator to come to the 31st floor. However, we were there on Memorial Day, and tried to go down about 10am. A combination of reasonable expectations and riding the elevator at non-peak times will help you navigate this. We would not be dissuaded by this…it is just a tip for future guests. We would be very happy to return to this unit when we need a 3 bedroom condo at Orange Beach!

Stayed May 9, 2024We had a great time this weekend. We were a group of 6 women and girls for a family girls trip. We had a little trouble with a toilet, but texted Angela and it was taken care of. The property is excellent! Clean, plenty of space, comfortable seating, nice kitchen area... truly, anything you could need is there! Angela was very responsive and super easy to communicate with! Highly recommend this property to stay at, especially if you have a lot of females and need an extra bathroom! The only thing that wasn't great was the master bedroom mattress was worn enough that one of us had to pull out the murphy bed in the den area so the other could sleep in the middle of the bed to be comfortable for both. We made it work and had a wonderful time! Thanks so much for providing a beautiful space to stay! We hope to be back again!

Stayed Mar 9, 2024Spring Break 2024 turned into a mini reunion as we were able to meet the newest member of the family (age 10 months). Our accommodations included a pack and play which was put to good use. 31st Floor offered premier views of sunrise, beach walkers, and helicopters flying lower than our line of sight. Our hosts were responsive to any questions or concerns and we will certainly return.
