Stayed May 25, 2024Loved it! Could use a fashion update but otherwise amazing!!! Would definitely book again. We were able to walk all of Gatlinburg from this location. It was perfect!! Thank you!!!

Stayed Apr 8, 2025We were told we could check in early and then I was unable to get ahold of anyone in order to get the code for our door. The sofa bed was awful and not even my young children could use it. Thankfully they are still small enough that two could fit on one bunk. There were not any pots big enough to make something for the whole family. The king size bed was also not comfortable and sank down when we laid on it, plus was very squeaky every time we moved. Only enough hot water for one person. Location was good but next time we will be staying somewhere else.

Stayed Jul 2, 2023The place is small, but you can’t beat the location. One thing to keep in mind. The Internet was very slow the first day, 3 down, 2 up. On other days no internet at all. Also no reception on Verizon and Att inside the unit. So that’s inconvenient.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit seemed larger than one we stayed in last year. The bathroom was much bigger and liked the bunk beds In kitchen area. That’s where the positives stop. The refrigerator was broken upon check in, the bunk bed rail was very loose and not sturdy. The bath tub did not drain, the lamp in bedroom was missing the knob so I couldn’t turn it on. Overall the place didn’t seem that clean. I’d give a 4/10 only because it was right next to Ober.
