Stayed Mar 12, 2026It was close to the slopes, and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Very quiet and clean. The house John was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be booking with him again.

Stayed Apr 6, 2026The place is run down, Furnace very noisy and woke me up all night long. Bed comfortable. Location good. I would not recommend or go back.

Stayed Jan 19, 2025We selected Gold Bend Condos for our two-day snowboarding trip to Northstar, and it turned out to be a great choice. The condo was ideally located, just a short distance from the resort, making it convenient for our group of three. We found the unit to be comfortably heated, and the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer was a real bonus. Additionally, the shuttle service to the resort was incredibly convenient, making it easy to get to the slopes without any hassle.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Had a wonderful relaxing couple of days with my son and his GF. It’s her first time to northern CA so he wanted to show her Tahoe. John’s place was perfect - spacious, comfortable living space with all that we needed - a great landing spot in Tahoe. The only down side for them was the separate twin beds - too heavy to scoot together :). Would definitely stay here again!
