Stayed Jul 12, 2024We were really happy with the walk out to the beach option. Also this area of the beach is not nearly as crowded since there are no high rises close by. We had a great stay and would do it again.

Stayed Jun 5, 2022Stayed here for our summer family vacation. Condo was not very clean when we arrived because there was misunderstanding from owners on when we were arriving but our cleaning fee was refunded and I just wiped down kitchen and tables myself no biggie. Property has great ocean views and steps from the beach. Family had a great time. Restaurants including Grotto Pizza minutes from condo for some good takeout. Would definetely book again!

Stayed Jul 29, 2022The proximity to the beach for the price is the only thing that salvaged this rental. The patio was obviously NOT cleaned prior our arrival and the cushions on the chairs outside were so gross we had to buy pillowcases to cover them to sit down. One chair didn’t have a cushion at all. The patio “table” had a large dark sticky spot on it when we arrived and the ENTIRE table, chairs, cushions and patio was COVERED in ants. The refrigerator was not clean and had an AWFUL odor. The bathrooms were quickly wiped down at best. I emailed management upon arrival and finding the ants and smell. They dropped off any spray - we cleaned the patio ourselves. If you need a super awesome close spot to the beach and aren’t a clean freak this is your place.

Stayed Jul 15, 2022This property was a great location that had easy access to the beach. The view was awesome as it looked right out into the ocean. It's about 7 minutes from Delaware and about 10-12 minutes from the boardwalk. Neighbors were friendly and overall a laid back atmosphere. I stayed with my wife, son, and another family member and there was plenty of space. Only downside was the small half-bathroom, other than that, I recommend this place for a family getaway.

Stayed Sep 10, 2021Great location. Close to whatever you need including steps to the beach. Great views of the water and beach. Fenwick and Bethany Beach close. Easy drive to the boardwalk, but away from the packed beaches.

Stayed Aug 27, 2021This unit was great for me and my family. We have 3 young children and it was perfect. The condo is right on the beach and we could go back and forth easily. The neighbors were great also. We had an incredible time. Ida forced us to leave a day early but it was really a wonderful time. The only 4 is because the owner took a while to get back to us about a question and the property management agent was not very happy to help us check out. Totally not owners fault. Would stay again. Thanks for a great week!
