Stop by the owner's beach closet, which is located next to the condo on your way to the Atlantic Ocean's Crescent Beach sunny shores, and pick up your stocked beach gear for some fun in the sun. Take a dip in the refreshing oceanfront pool before you nap in one of Ocean Breezy's comfortable beds that sleep up to 8. The Ocean Garden Villa's complex is known for its quick access tothe beach! Easy haul to the beach, and quick access from beach to condo for needed breaks makes all the difference when vacationing. It really makes all the difference!

Freshen up for dinner in one of the two bathrooms; one with a walk-in shower or the other with a jetted tub. Enjoy the finest restaurants, golfing, and shopping that South Carolina has to offer, all within miles of the condo. Barefoot Landing and Main Street are a short few miles' drive. Take a leisurely walk a block away to Molly Darcy's for a bit of nightlife or lunch on their ocean front patio.

Ocean Breezy is a condo located in Ocean Garden Villas on Crescent Beach.

The condo's furnishings and bedding are continually updated, and photos may not be 100% accurate.

The HOA does not allow pets on the property unless they belong to the owner.

Pest control treats the units on the fourth Tuesday of every month. This is a required and safe treatment. They make themselves known before entering. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to let us know.

The owner's closet is located in the second bedroom and is not accessible to guests.

Ocean Garden Villas was built in 1980. The building and its bones are old. The HOA and property management company do a good job of addressing issues, considering the elements. Still, there are idiosyncrasies. The water pressure in the unit can vary. We try to be mindful of this challenge and refrain from running the dishwasher, shower, washing clothes, etc., at the same time.

The unit is on the 2nd floor of Ocean Garden Villas, and the building does not have an elevator. First set: 3 steps. The second set: 7 steps, plus a platform you walk around (an easy place to rest). The third set of steps has 7 steps.

Ocean Breezy is 934 sq. ft. in total. Full occupancy will be tight quarters.
