The place was just as described. It was a nice facility. Clean and modern. But the issue we had was with communication with the host. When we arrived, the code for the door lock was incorrect. After we had already taken all of our stuff up 4 total flights of stairs. It was extremely hot at 4:00pm which was check in time. We called the host several times as well as text messages and no response! We had to contact Virbo to get a universal code. It was a good 20 mins or longer before we could get into our room. Another problem with communication was the internet code wasn’t correct and again we contacted the host to no response. We were without TV for our total stay. Again nice place but host was completely unavailable the whole week. Will not stay here again.
