North Coast Village Newly Remodeled Steps to Beach

Beautiful location overall. Cheryl, the property manager is prompt, professional and great at her job. We had a fabulous trip. Quick walk to the beach, the property is gorgeous and clean. It was difficult to sleep as we had to keep the windows closed due to the Amtrak running. So it got warm, even with all the fans provided. The carpets are also really dingy and dirty looking. If those got ripped out, I would look at this rental again in a cooler season when I wouldn’t mind the windows closed.

Great location close to beach and shops. Train is close to this unit but did not disrupt sleep if windows closed. This unit did not have AC but had lots of fans which kept it a comfortable temperature. Property was clean, welcoming, and spacious. Had a couple issues that the property manager was informed of and they responded quickly stating they would be taken care of (one issue was a broken chair and the other was a very pokey area on the floor under the carpet transition area that got our toddler pretty bad). The unit has beautifully remodeled showers (no tubs). Overall was a wonderful stay and would recommend.

We were harassed by teens every night with water balloons. The last night it was potatoes thrown at the door and windows and that was actually done by two of the security guards. I guess they got tired of us complaining about the water balloons every night. I have been coming to NCV for 20 years and it was very disappointing this year.

The place was nice and big. Enjoyed the kitchen appliances and ample kitchen supplies. All was great. The only downside for me was that it was on the northeast side without beach views. I can blame myself because I could have looked on the map. However, the inside grounds of the condo are lush and beautiful. Thanks for a beautiful clean and comfortable condo. KathyR

overall my stay was great. My interations with Cheryl were pleasant very responsive and helpful.The location is amazing close to the ocean and many restaurants and shops. The condo was well supplied with bathroom supplies, beach supplies, kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils and dinnerware.

Just as advertised. Location was great. Everything we needed. Exceeded our expectations.

Loved this unit. I will say that parking was an issue for more than one car. There is no AC. The high was 78 degrees and it was fine for us since we had the fans on. The train is close and you can hear it at night. Overall, it was great. The beach was super close and everything we needed was in walking distance.

This is the second condo we've rented at this property. The listing says the condo has been renovated, which is a bit exaggerated! The only things that have been updated are the showers and kitchen countertop. The appliances seem to be from the 80's or 90's. The brown carpet is gross and needs to be replaced. The condo was surface cleaned but REALLY needs a deep cleaning. The property itself is very well-maintained and in a great location. The condo is at the edge of the property near the street and train tracks. Its pretty noisy! The listing agent was easy to deal with and was quick to respond and take care of our one request.

We loved our week in Oceanside. The Condo was perfect. Great location. Great experience. Our only complaint was it had to end.

We have stayed in a ck do at this place before. Was looking forward to staying again. The landscape is pretty and the condo was as described. Nice and roomy. There were extra blankets if needed. Cookware. The unit is close to the parking garage and parking space for this unit. The pool was nice. Close to Pier and the beach.

Clean and comfortable! Beds were super comfy! Beach gear included as well as cable in tv which was nice! Kitchen equipped for cooking with all essentials. Perfect location!

North Coast Village is the perfect place to stay in Oceanside. It is on the beach, has great amenities and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. If you are visiting a Marine, it is 10-15 from the Las Pulgas gate… perfect for deployment send offs and welcome home! The condo was clean, comfortable and close to parking. Though it is close to the train, it was not disruptive at night. (Windows closed) The host was easy to communicate with. She provided excellent instructions and follow up. We will rent this condo again for our next trip to Oceanside.
