Stayed Jul 24, 2025It was horrible. It was worse than camping! We have never used VRBO and we will never again. I was taking a shower and the septic tank was filling my shower with raw sewage absolutely disgusting and a health hazard. We had to go to Publix to go to the bathroom. We stayed 4 nights then had to leave 7/28 due to the sewage backup so no toilet, shower, sink, wash, could not use any water. We told host Gary/Van he offered us no refund. We paid for 12 nights only could stay 4 with the poop filling up the bathtub. Horror !

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Easy to find and plenty of space for a family. Plenty of space to park. Van lives next door and is an easy guy to talk to, offering good local knowledge. The beach is just a couple blocks away as are all stores/ restaurants. Main road 41 a short drive to go any where. We'll be back.Thanks Van

Stayed Apr 25, 2025The house was spacious and perfect for our weekend stay. It was a quick walk to the beach and around the corner from a great ice cream shop. Beds were comfortable and the porches in front and back provided nice quiet places to relax. The home is the perfect beachy old Florida charm we hoped for. Van was also a very friendly and helpful host. Would absolutely stay here again!

He helped us check in early given our small children, made sure we had enough clean towels, and the unit was spotless. Small walk to the beach and food. For something just to know, the porch is a shared common area.
