Stayed Jun 2, 2022The host was absolutely amazing and I couldn't be more thankful to have stayed at their property for my trip. Super quick with communication, great customer service, all around pleasent and understanding. Would certainly book this property again in the future!

Stayed Mar 15, 2022The room was worth the extra cost. They have a resort fee they just call it something else. Worth the extra money. Really quite, everything you need for cooking is there. Unlimited parking. I will definitely use them again.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024The best way to describe this room is that it's nice enough to enjoy your time there but not so nice that you want to stay there instead of going out. Which for us, was perfect. The good: Access to the casino and all the restraunts was really nice. The lobby has a QR code for hailing a taxi that came in handy. The hotel is basically the perfect distance away from what we cared about (airport and strip) without having to be on the strip. We were able to walk around after dark to grab some groceries without feeling out of place or like we were in the wrong part of town. The tub/shower was very enjoyable. Having the option for cooking food in the room was nice. Dual TVs was cool. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. There is a balcony with a really nice moutain range view. I joked that you don't get a Las Vegas view, you get a Nevada view. The bad: The first thing we noticed was a large stain on one of the throw pillows of the couch. It seems like the decorative furniture and the chairs need attention. This caused us to generally stay away from the couch and chairs. Something beeps at night. Its not enough to keep you up but its there. The tub drain did not stay up. We had to hold it open to drain. The lights were a little confusing. The switches were like 3 feet off the ground and some lamps werent connected to the switches. One of the lamps was broken and janky.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024Lovely place to stay. You could walk to the strip if you wanted or enjoy all the amenities on the property. Grocery store and starbucks nearby with regular prices. The property itself had a food court and a few restaurants. Centrally located if you are interested in hiking. We went to Mt Charelston, Valley of the Fire and Death Valley. Zion is not far either..

Stayed Aug 6, 2024*strong sewage odor* The listing is as described photos are very accurate. The space probably was really nice when it was first built. The housekeeping it not so great, the linen was stained and the entire unit had hair, debris and dust/dirt left in places that could easily be wiped or vaccumed up. The plumbing is not very good toilets and sinks are easily backed up. For 3 days we requested a plunger and no one would supply them. We had to go down 25 floots to the lobby to use the restroom, which 2/3 of the stalls were also clogged. The WORST part is the smell in the unit, qs soon as uou walk in you're hit with it. Smells like the unit may have water damage ans mildew. There is a smoke odor but its not as bad as the odor in the bathroom from the drainage, probably associated with the plumbing. It is unfortunate but there doesnt seem to be much help for this matters onsite. Front desk states there is only so much they can do because its a private unit. The property manage did not respond to my inquiries regarding the smell and once you book this unit if you have any problems you will not be allowed to change rooms as frontdesk will refer you to the nonresponsive property manager. If this mesures are improved the unit can be better. Very off putting and disappointing experience.

Stayed Apr 17, 2024My husband and I stayed here while in town for a conference. We enjoyed the luxury of having our own kitchenette and having access to the hotel/casino. Highly recommended for longer stays.

Stayed Feb 25, 2024The pictures and description of this rental fairly represent the property. The price for staying at the property for 5 nights was a good value relative to hotel options. However, I ran into a few issues. 1) Internet. When we arrived, we were not able to connect to the Wi-Fi. The front desk instructed us to contact Cox Communications to troubleshoot. As it turned out, we needed to contact support on a DAILY basis for a workaround to connect to the Internet. 2) The main light source (lamp) near the couch was not working properly (would constantly turn off and on and flicker on its own). This was not an issue that Palms maintenance was allowed to address. 3) Misc: there are no outlets next to the couch or that side of the room. Chairs that are near the kitchenette were extremely uncomfortable and unsteady chairs. There are 2 televisions, but we could not connect to cable to view the programming. 4) The host (Valerie) was easy to reach, but not so effective with resolving issues. From what she told me, she is limited in what she can do as there are a lot of parties involved in managing this property. The parties at play were host (Valerie), Owner, On Site Maintenance (can take care of some facility issues, but not all), HOA (in charge of IT issues), etc. Hope they can resolve some of these issues as the condo is quite luxurious and an overall good value.
