Communication was fantastic from the start and all aspects were easy after booking

Booked this location for my recent trip. Had the pleasure of staying here, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. there was a little hiccup before arrival due to my personal mistake, and the host was super accommodating and communicated throughout the process.

Great! Room is very clean, easy access to pool, Starbucks right down the elevator! Great!!!

The property looked exactly like the pictures. some stains on the carpet but very clean. Great location, 10 minute walk or $10 Uber to the strip about in the middle of the strip. Room very spacious, very nice bathroom with large jetted tub to relax, double sinks, enclosed stool. and large separate shower with good pressure. Wall of glass with awesome view of the strip, darkening shades to keep light out. All the amenities needed to cook a light meal if desired. Very nice would rent again in a heart beat.

This is something easy for a longer stay in Las Vegas, close enough to everything and quiet 90% of the time.

Perfect location to get to everything. Great restaurants at the MGM, amazing private pool in tower 2. Unit had a great view of the pool, close to elevators, had everything we needed for great girl's weekend. Property manager gave very clear directions and responded to communications very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay if you want to be near the Strip and don’t mind a short walk to get there. Extremely responsive property manager; the refrigerator was having some issues and she had it replaced the same day we told her about it. Only “negative” for me was housekeeping. It’s a “pay if you want it” model, which makes complete sense for short stays, but for longer stays (ours was 10 days), it would be nice if at least one housekeeping visit was included. Would 100% stay here again, though!

The property location is great. Unit was spacious and as advertised. Our only issue was the king size bed mattress was very uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced. It is sunken-in and hard. I reached out to the property manager for help asking for a mattress topper. I was told they would get back to me. I never heard anything more on the issue and no reply when I emailed for an update.

My best mate and I came to stay for 5 nights. The room was really spacious, very clean, and the fridge, microwave, and hob were great to have. It's a quick walk to the MGM which was one of our favourite casinos to visit. There's a Starbucks which we wandered down to for coffee each morning while we planned our day and everyone we spoke to were helpful and friendly. It's about a 12 min walk from the main strip or about the same to the monorail if you want to hop on to somewhere further up. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it. Comms with our host were spot on too, they made sure we arrived OK, always answered questions promptly, and checked in with us at the end of our holiday too. My best friend is already thinking about taking her husband back next year for his birthday :)

Check in was easy. Marie reached out the first night to make sure I was settled in the room. Marie was very friendly and easy to work with. The room was clean. All the utensils and cookware were in the room and ready to use. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot, walking to strip is easy, easy walk to MGM Casino and strip

From the time of booking - everything about this property was easy and perfect. Check in was smooth -,the room was clean and comfortable. The owner reached out several times to make sure the process was easy - and to check to make sure property was what we expected. Absolutely no complaints. Very happy - looking forward to staying there again.

Location convenient to everything

Second time staying at this hotel property, but first time booking through VRBO and would definitely book again. Our host was super accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The location allows the perfect opportunity to enjoy all of MGM’s amenities and properties while also offering a quiet, undisturbed place to recharge.
