Stayed Nov 22, 2020Major fiasco during check in. Owner forgot to put my name in the system. We arrived at 3:30 pm at the lobby and was told that there was no record of any guest checking in for that day. Doesn’t help if we have a Expedia confirmation number. This is the condo section of MGM and not part of the hotel. You should know you are booking directly with the owners of these condos, and if they forgot to put your names in the reservation system, there is no way you can check in. Now had the owners got back to me as soon as I contacted them, this wouldn’t have to be an issue at all. I made multiple calls to Louie’s cell phone—went straight to voicemail. Kept sending him text messages, tried emailed Marie. No response. Dead silence. Our family, including a one year old, stuck in the highly trafficked hotel lobby hopelessly for 30 minutes, because it’s valet parking only. Given the current situation of COVID-19, this is definitely not acceptable. After getting no response at all for half an hour, I had to be resourceful and reached out to the manager in the lobby, who had to get hold of the manager of the condo section, who then reached out to Louie on a different phone number than what was provided to me. She finally got hold of him, confirmed we did have a reservation and asked him to put my name in the system. It was the most stressful 35 minutes we had to endure because of all the uncertainties and anxieties. There is no simply no way for us to resolve if the owners don’t respond.

Stayed Oct 28, 2021We were in town to see a concert at the MGM Grand. This place is perfect if you want to stay away from the casinos and cigarette smoke but close enough to walk to the show. I'll definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 1, 2021This was the first time using this App to book a reservation, It was the best Vrbo. The pictures of this suite was true on in person. Let’s talk about the amazing view, it was breathtaking. The suite was clean and spacious. The staff was very professional and kind, at the end of every conversation it was Yes ma’am and thank you. Stayed Apr 9, 2021We had a great relaxing stay. Beautiful room with great views. Just far enough from the chaos on the strip to have a peaceful relaxing vacation, but close enough to take advantage of all of The Vegas attractions. Second time staying here and we will be back.

Stayed Nov 5, 2020This location is amazing! Easy to get to MGM Grand but you have your own little peaceful place. We have stayed with the host before and you always get what they advertise. Felt safe and comfortable even during COVID. Very clean from room to common areas. Highly recommend!!
