This property is so convenient. The unit itself is aesthetically nice, it's clean, and doesn't look or smell like a million people have slept in the bed before you. There is no smoking, or casino in the Signature towers. There is a gift shop, bar, and Starbucks in the lobby. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There is a guard to enter the property, and only valet parking. It's free so you're only out the tips and you don't have a long walk from your car to your unit. The valet is efficient and we never waited long to get our car, and you don't have to call ahead. There is a kitchenette that we didn't use but the appliances looked updated and clean. The bathroom is huge with a large shower and a separate roman tub with jets if this is your thing. The toilet has a seperate door for added privacy. The unit has plenty of towels, and washcloths.There is a free work center in the lobby. The unit has free wifi and and a desk for work. You don't get maid service unless you pay extra. We didn't need it and were happy not to deal with it since we slept in both days. It's a quiet unit, and you don't hear people in the halls, doors closing, or water running in the morning. You can walk to the MGM Grand staying inside the entire walk. It's an easy walk and your key is required to walk back to the unit from the casino. On the direction signs at the MGM Grand they include Signature so you don't have to wonder around trying to find the door you came in from. We would stay here again.

Our stay in Las Vegas was absolutely fantastic, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hosts were incredibly informative and caring, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Communication was seamless, and they responded promptly to any questions we had. The property itself is located in a smoke-free hotel, which was a huge plus for us. It felt refreshing to come back to a clean, fresh environment after exploring the city. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best parts was the location—super convenient with easy access to the monorail, making it a breeze to get around. We were just a short walk from the MGM Grand, so we could enjoy the best of the Strip without worrying about transportation. We will definitely be booking here again for our next trip to Vegas! Highly recommended for anyone looking for an stress-free and enjoyable stay close to the strip!

The furniture was dirty and beat up. The suite is out dated. The pool in tower one was shut down for a season. Very long walk to the strip. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The suite was well stocked. We had enough of everything for our stay.

This property is ideal for our global conference held at the MGM Grand Arena. I love that it's attached to the MGM so you don't have to step outside to get to the conference. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and we shopped prior to checking in so we had the best of both worlds. The owners checked in with me on arrival and were so kind and courteous. I would recommend to everyone!

We had a great stay here. Extra room with kitchenette means you can not have to rely 100% on over-priced resort food and beverage plus resort fees. Clean and tidy. Will stay here again.

Overall the condo was very nice, and depending on what you are interested in visiting, was close to many attractions. Check in was easy, and there was fairly easy access to the Monorail. The Signature pools were basic, but nice and less crowded than the pools at the Casinos. Also had access to MGM Grand ammenities, so if you were looking for a party pool you could also do that. Only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review was the bed. Not the worst that I have slept in, but the mattress was very firm and not very comfortable to me. Was nice to have a balcony and a kitchen. I felt that the kitchen was well supplied. Overall a very nice alternative to staying a Vegas hotel/casino.
