We love staying at the Signature. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else

June 2025This was by far our favorite place to ever stay!! From the time we arrived to the time we checked out we were very well taken care of!! The owners, the desk employees, the valet, the luggage attendants, and the security were all very nice and accommodating and made sure we had the best experience! The room had everything we could have needed and it was all nicely updated. The owners made sure everything went smooth and were very easy to communicate with. We will for sure be returning to this VRBO!! Thank you Joe and Deborah

Such a beautiful suite. Although there were other friends staying at another resort on the other side of the strip, this one was perfect. Having kitchen amenities such as coffee maker, toaster, stop top, microwave and most importantly; a fridge, made it super convenient. The bed with provided pillows were extremely comfortable. The blackout curtains were very appreciated after a late night out! Thank you so much, we would definitely stay again!!

We were here for a Convention at the Convention center fir the week. Half work half play. Perfect location, great facility, nice clean room. Everything worked great, view was Awesome. Pools very nice. Helpful staff. Great communication with owners.

My husband and I had a great vacation, the property was nice and close to everything along the strip. It was an easy walk through MGM Grand to get to the monorail.

This is a great property, and the host maintains an excellent unit. They were very communicative before and during the stay and provided more than sufficient information. I will likely stay here again. The locations is great for someone looking for all around convenience whether its monorail accessibility or walking to the strip.

Our condo was perfect for our brief stay to see a concert at the Sphere. Besides a few glitches with the internet, the place was clean and well stocked. Building was very nice with great fitness room, a Starbucks and a short walk over to MGM Grand. Nice to be off the beaten path!

This suite is situated in a great location. It is attached to the MGM by way of covered walkways. If you need to shoot over to the other side of town the Monorail starts at the MGM. Very clean room on the 15th floor with a balcony that looks over the city. We could've enjoyed the balcony more if there were chairs, but I'm sure there's a reason no one has furniture on the balcony. I would highly recommend this suite to anyone and I would rent this one again.

We only had one night in Vegas during our trip and this was a great spot to be. Slightly off the strip so it was quiet, but still had a great view from the balcony! We Ubered up to the northern end of the strip and slowly made our way south throughout the night. Highly recommend for a spot to stay in Vegas!

This was my third stay in this unit. Great room layout and great amenities. Very clean. Huge bathroom. Great location. Access to MGM Signature pools and the MGM Grand pool complex. Easy walk to all MGM Grand restaurants. Looking forward to my fourth stay.

Great property to get away from the cigarette smoke of the casinos. Pool, food and location is a plus.

Great communication with the owners! Mother/Daughter time in Vegas. I wanted to show her where I stay when I’m there. We walked in to our room and I was pleasantly surprised. Upgraded with flooring not carpet like the others. The room was fabulous with kitchen items for us to use as well. We really enjoyed this room

Just got back from a 4-night stay and had no issues! Had everything we needed and the host was very communicative throughout the process. I would definitely stay here again!

Great studio room, all you need for a weekend to a week stay. My only complaint was the fridge was small if you might be staying more than a couple days. Great experience at the Signature.
