Fantastic balcony view of the valley below. Spacious yet cozy living room with gas fireplace. Two bathrooms for two bedrooms was welcome. Ample parking lot.

What a fabulous place! Plenty of room for 2 couples and the no-joke view is actually no-joke, especially at night. Great regular shuttle to the ski area with very courteous drivers. Our host, Ann, thought of every possible amenity - Plenty of cookware, utensils, cleaning products and towels. We cooked at home some nights but we also took advantage of the great restaurant scene. We took the short walk to the free bus to go into town and then an Uber ride back home. Hots tubs were great and had the same fabulous view. Highly recommend this place.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The shuttle was easy to take to the ski resort. The place was clean and had everything we needed. And yes, the view was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, easy access to the ski shuttle. If you plan to have a few meals in the kitchen is well equipped. The condo was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this condo for a nice getaway!

Cozy, clean, and comfortable. Host was very accommodating and personable, Ann was wonderful to deal with. A few little details stand out such as the DVD, game, and toy collection if you are bringing kids, there was something for all ages. A nice detail that my family noticed.Would stay there again for sure. Shuttle was very convenient, though it can get busy at peak times, so be patient with the drivers. Takes about 5 min to get to the hill and for other trips downtown the bus stop on the green line is just down the hill. Once you figure out the lay of the land getting around is easy.

Very welcoming. Instructions were easy. Ann was responsive to our call. The hot tub was clean and warm. The ski shuttle arrived every 15” 2 doors down from the condo, which made our stay, since we were high on the hill. Great view!

We stayed for 2 weeks in this beautiful condo. It has everything you need including comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, a shuttle that runs from 8am to 5pm daily to the ski area and a hottub and sauna with the most beautiful view.The host is very helpful and responsive. You don't need a car, the bus service is free and super simple to use. If you put your destination into Google maps it tells you what bus to take. We loved Steamboat and this condo.

Ann was very helpful, the apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. The location was great and we were very close to all the facilities. The bus service was also excellent. I would recommend this place and would happily stay there again. The views were also amazing.

We have stayed at many ski condos over the years and this was our favorite. Very clean and comfortable, easy check in and great communication from Ann. One differentiator for this condo is the dedicated shuttle that runs to and from the base. With kids in ski school, this made for stress free travel both to start and complete our day. It runs on a continuous loop and only services a few condo associations. Even on a busy holiday week, we never waited more than 5-10 minutes.Beyond the property itself, Steamboat (resort and town) did not disappoint. We will be back and when we return, will book Ann’s condo should it be available.

As advertised. I’d like to leave a negative review so it would always be available to go back, but it was AWESOME!! Such a great view, perfect. Owners had everything there for us and the shuttle ran every 15 minutes to the resort. And there is so much to do in Steamboat. It exceed all of our expectations. This place is a grand slam, we’re going back!!!

Great spot for a relaxing getaway. Everything was in order and condo is fully equipped for cooking and relaxing. Can’t beat the view!

This place delivered as advertised: it was very clean, very comfortable and perfectly located, offering both Mountain views but convenient access to shops, food and activities. Ann was responsive and friendly and we all agreed this is where we’d stay if we come back!

Had great stay. Great host. Only thing was beds a tad small and there was not a dedicated ac to the bedrooms. We kinda figured it out. Totally understand not needing much ac in mountains.

The view is just as advertised, only better in person! The condo is lovely; very clean & comfortable & well furnished with everything you need for a 2 week stay. The bed was so comfortable that I am going to buy the exact mattress for home! It’s very quiet, but accessible to anywhere you want to go. Ann is a wonderful, responsive host & I highly recommend this unit. We really enjoyed our stay in Steamboat because of this beautiful condo.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Highlights included the shuttle service that would drop you off right at the mountain. So convenient and hassle free! My children loved all the board games that were left at property and we had many family game nights! We also enjoyed the hot tip almost daily after skiing. The view is absolutely incredible! You can beat the convenience of this location if you are coming ti ski!!!

We had a great time staying in Ann's condo. She was very responsive when we had questions. The shuttle to the ski area was just steps outside the door. The kitchen was well stocked. Having extra towels for the hot tub was a nice extra.

We booked based on the great reviews - and I’m glad we did! Communication was friendly and thorough, condo was very clean and well stocked, the view was beautiful, and the mountain shuttle was just steps away from the front door. We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay at this condo! Nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great view, super convenient shuttle to and from gondola, helpful in unit washer/dryer, nice exercise room, hot hot tubs! We felt at home here. We loved looking at the valley and distant mountains at various times of day and night, and enjoyed seeing the occasional hot anir balloons. And skiing was super too! Thanks so much!

We are a family of 4 and we had 2 friends join us. The apartment was perfect. Nice and warm, very clean, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and a view to die for. There is a great free shuttle into Steamboat Square and this came every 10 minutes or so. We had an outdoor spa and used the complex sauna too. It was a magical Christmas for us and something very different to a summer Christmas, like we are used to. Thanks Ann for all your help.

We were family of five with three teenagers. Condo was clean and comfortable. Sleeping arrangement worked out fine but might be better if the second bedroom had bunk beds instead of a queen. Not a big deal, we made it work. Being on a shuttle route and so close to the base made it easy for everyone to come and go on their schedules. Didn’t need to rent a car. Communication with Ann was easy and prompt. Overall a great stay and will definitely rent from Ann if and when we decide to come back to Steamboat! Thank you!

I would first like to say the condominium was as it appears online. It was very well maintained, clean, lots of extras, and an excellent view of the Yampa River Valley. We watched both sunrise and sunset from the condominium balcony. It was enjoyable to watch rain and thunderstorms roll into the valley from the west. Most mornings brought a view of a hot air balloon rising and setting not far away. The condominium was well situated for our needs. We met three other couples from Pensacola Florida in Steamboat. The condominium was well stocked with dishes and other nice amenities, as we entertained a couple times. Three things to know about the condominium: 1) There are four steps down from the parking lot to access the unit; 2) There is only one overnight parking spot; and 3) The master bathroom is small. None of these were problems for us but it was good to know when planning a trip. We only had one issue during our stay. The master bathroom toilet and cold-water valve in the sink were controlled by a cut off valve under the sink. This valve was closed when we checked in, which meant the previous guest, or the maintenance crew was aware of the issue but failed to advise our host. To stop the toilet from constantly running, we had to get down on the floor and reach into the vanity cabinet to turn the water on and off. When the toilet water was turned off, so was the cold water in the sink. We informed the host, but she was unable to get it fixed during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, it's a nice condo in a very quiet area. Only negatives were the pillows provided weren't very comfortable and the floors in the unit above were pretty creaky when that owner walked around. However, having A/C was nice to have in the summer, and you can't beat the view from the balcony.

Owner communications were great, property exactly as described. It provided a comfortable and well equipped atmosphere for renewing our friendship with friends from another state
