IF PAYING BY CHECK, we will offer a discount off quoted rates for2023 and split payments for 5 or more nights with 50% due at booking and 50% due 45 days prior to stay . We are offering Complimentary Vendor Beach Chair setup with 2 Beach Chairs and Umbrella with this rental in 2023 from March 1 - Oct 31 FOR ALL RENTALS PAID BY CHECK. Beach service is not offered outside these dates due to vendor not available but the discount for paying with a check will apply. March 4 - Oct 28 turn day is Saturday. If you need different check in or check out days please send us a message and we will see if we can work with your dates. This condo is designed as an ADULT ONLY personal vacation residence for 2 persons age of 25 and over only. The person renting the unit must be staying in the unit. Rental may not be given as a gift.

Condo is in a low density 9 unit building. Located on a quiet low traffic dead end road south of 30A, Eastern Lake Road, Seaside is a short bike ride away where you can shop at the Farmers Market starting at 9 am on Saturday mornings at the Seaside Amphitheater year round. You can select your pick of fresh produce and other unique offers. Nothing better than fresh vegetables go to with fresh seafood that can be purchased 1/2 mile from the condo at the Goatfeather's Seafood Market on 30A for a night of dining in. Dinner on the balcony is both beautiful and peaceful while watching the waves roll in and the sun set.

This is a NO SMOKING complex. If you are a smoker, please choose a different property. HOA does not allow smoking in the unit, on balcony or any area on the property including the parking lot.

    MY HUSBAND AND I RENTED FROM MS. LYNN MCKAY AND WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE CONDITION OF HER PROPERTY. IT WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND SHE COULD NOT HAVE MADE OUR STAY ANY MORE ENJOYABLE. I WOULD DEFINATELY STAY AT ONE OF HER PROPERTIES AGAIN WITHOUT A DOUBT. THANK YOU SO MUCH MS. LYNN LOOK FORWARD TO OUR NEXT STAY WITH YOU. IT WAS EVERYTHING THAT WAS DESCRIBED AND THEN SOME.

    We had a blast when my boyfriend and I stayed for a week. The beach chair and umbrella set up was great to have too! The condo was super clean and updated. You can’t beat the view off the deck either.

    Place was so clean and comfortable! Fantastic to be right on the beach! We really enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrella ready for us each day. Very relaxing trip.

    We have stayed at Leeward before and had no issues, that’s why we decided to return this year for our anniversary vacation. However, this time was different. The manager, Lynn treated us terribly. We are respectful and responsible renters but yet she accused us of breaking rental agreement rules without any proof, proceeded to spy on us via cameras and call everyone in the building to “watch us.” The worst part was her constantly messaging me, harassing me during what was supposed to be a nice anniversary dinner, (which she ruined.) When we spoke on the phone she was totally unreasonable and hung up on us. As a property manager myself, I can say with authority that this woman is totally irrational and unprofessional. If she thought we had broken rules, she should have either give us a warning, tell us to leave the property, or take our security deposit—not berate me all night. I’ve honestly never been treated so poorly. We ended up leaving early because we no longer felt comfortable staying in a place where we felt we were being watched. If we were such terrible renters why would she rent us again? Both times we have stayed there we have left the condo in perfect condition. None of it made any sense and we were honestly fearful of this woman’s unpredictability. She ruined our vacation and there’s a good chance she will ruin yours if you stay here.
