From your 19th floor Gulf-front balcony, you'll overlook expansive views of sugary white sands known for generations as the Miracle Mile. With floor-to-ceiling windows throughout your expansive living room, there are views from every angle! The living room offers plenty of seating with a sleeper sofa (queen-size mattress!) and matching love seat. Watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV, a video player is also provided for movie nights!

    The view is amazing. We usually stay in a 2 bedroom so we missed the view from bedroom, but it was good for a short trip!

    Twin Palms 1903 This was our first time staying in this specific condo. Very clean, it has all the things that you need. This location is always our favorite. Walk right across the street to Sunrise, the breakfast and coffee spot of our choice and of course Pineapple Willy’s isn’t far. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Overall was a perfect place for our purpose and we even decided to extend our stay another day to enjoy it. Great place for a small family get together and has everything you could need. Very easy access to beach, and nice pool. Few good breakfast spots across the street were convenient and great location overall. The beach was beautiful and we had an amazing time. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the place needs a bit better cleaning, we had our 1 year old playing all over the floor and his legs would be black with dirt, so the floor was not mopped well. Also this building doesn't have straight balconies - - meaning if you are against the railing looking out at the ocean and your neighbors are outside you can very clearly see and hear each other and could have a full conversation with your neighbors so that was pretty awkward. It was unfortunate for us that the neighbor on the right to us was often smoking weed so we couldn't be out with our 1 year old on the porch much. Overall this didn't affect our stay too much and would gladly stay again.

    Overall this property was ok. They had issues with their elevators while we were there. It caused some inconvenience but worked out. Our friends had beach chairs & umbrellas received with their condo but we did not. That wasn't a big deal but the kids dragging them out & picking them up were rude & they would pick the chairs up before 5:00 even though it was not time. They stated the boss man wants em' picked up. We were also there during a few windy days & returned home 1 day to find our outside furniture in our living room. When I called to find out who had entered our room & why it was explained that maintenance had entered to pull furniture inside because of the threat of hurricane Ian which at the time was still miles from Florida. That made my husband & I very uncomfortable so I called. I was informed that somewhere in my contract I had agreed that maintenance could enter & that they had knocked. We were out that day so we felt like more of an effort should have been made to contact us letting us know someone would be by. Overall nice place & enjoyed our stay.

    Perfect central location, best short walk to shoreline with low density perks, security in access to bldg, parking garage and beach; add in the huge balcony and it all equals a good week!
