Stayed Sep 17, 2025Condo was as advertised. Told the property manager of a few small issues. Biggest problem were people that arrived on Friday and partied till 3am .

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was nice and clean and comfortable. But every half hour a load grinding nose was heard, this was distracting while trying to sleep. Also no sponge was provide in the kitchen, all other places we stayed had a sponge and we brought our own this year we decide not to and did not find one.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025My wife and I were here in North Myrtle Beach celebrating our anniversary. This was a great location on the beach where we could see and hear the waves from within our condo and sitting on our large balcony. Condo was spotless and management quickly responded to any issues we had. We highly recommend this property.

It is on the 3rd floor and close to the elevators. It was quiet and the furniture was very nice and comfortable. The condo balcony is set back so there is some obstruction on the left, but not enough to be disappointing. It actually kept us from getting blasting sun on our balcony. We had a fabulous view of the beach. Go down the elevator and are just feet from the sand. No problem parking at all. It is very convenient to everything. Less than a mile from Barefoot Landing. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Stayed May 16, 2024Condo was decent, cleaning was not good at all. No outdoor pool but does have an indoor pool. There is only one ceiling fan in the unit and that is above the dining room table. None in either bedroom, not even box fans in the closet. Owner might want to do something about that. Although the A/C did work well, still needs fans in bedrooms. the rug in the living room has curled up at one end and is a tripping hazard. Maybe tape it down or replace it. The view was excellent as was the weather! We were there during bike week and the bikes were a bit loud during the night but not all night.
