Stayed Feb 1, 2020We arrived to a horribly dirty unit! Called property manager immediately. She sent over the cleaning crew the owners chose to use. They didn’t do a thing! Called the PM again (she was super nice!) and she scheduled the crew she uses. By the time the new crew got there it had been a week. All in all, the situation was remedied by the owners issuing a weeks refund, but the first week was not good. Spent a fair amount of our own money on cleaning products, missing items (wasn’t even a toaster there) and items that needed repairing (like new toilet seats!). Again, after the unit was cleaned from top to bottom and we had heard the owners were going to help out, the remaining 6 weeks went without a hitch. Suggested to the owners they might was to do a little updating of decor in the unit...very old and not kept up. The location of the unit to the pool was amazing! The owners and the PM also were wonderful to work with.
