Welcome to our cozy one bedroom condo located on Hollyhock Dr. in Palm Valley Country Club, a guard-gated community in the heart of the beautiful Coachella Valley community of Palm Desert.
The living room opens to truly stunning vistas - a wide expanse of green grass, palm trees and sparkling water, with blue skies above and the mountains beyond. The lovely patio overlooks a double wide fairway on the championship course while the very private front courtyard patio is perfect for your morning coffee. A lovely pool and spa are just few steps away.
The condo is well furnished and handsomely appointed. The unit is without steps, one story with no other unit (or loud footsteps) overhead. The kitchen has been upgraded with granite counter tops and premium appliances including a stainless steel refrigerator with filtered water/ice in the door. And for our guests who love to cook, the kitchen is fully furnished with cookware, table ware and utensils. There is a gas barbque grill in the front courtyard. The washer and dryer are located in a separate laundry room. An HD flat screen TV and sound system can be found in the entertainment center in the spacious living/dining room. Wi-fi and cable including HBO are included.

The bedroom features a California King bed and flat screen TV and is located well away from noisy early morning fairway mowers. The bedroom has a full en-suite bath with tub and there is a second bathroom off the living room. The condo is equipped with a generous store of linens, towels and other amenities. And there is a garage with automatic door opener.

Palm Valley is an upscale, private country club. The nearly 100,000 square foot clubhouse is magnificent and one of the largest in the desert. Forty-six swimming pools are available to our guests. The clubhouse offers elegant fine dining and a beautiful cocktail lounge.

Palm Valley Country Club welcomes all of our guests at the onsite restaurants, lounge, shops and salon. Please note that our guests will have golf, tennis, and/or gym access only if accompanied by a member and applicable fees will apply.

However, numerous fine golf courses and tennis facilities with public access are located nearby. And the Coachella Valley offers many other leisure activities to choose from. Locally our guests will find theaters, hiking, bicycling, world class shopping, fine dining and so much more.
