Nice, Beautiful, Beach-Front, Condo with Large Balcony, Stay at Ocean Reef!

Beautiful condo, beach view, comfortable bed, enjoyed the hot tub. Still haven’t gotten my four hundred dollars back for condo deposit

The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning, truly breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. The cleanliness was ridiculous, extremely poor, to the point of being disgusting. The maintenance is also lacking for a beachfront property — they could definitely invest more to make the place feel cozier and better maintained. Another huge downside was the elevator situation: only one was working during a holiday weekend, and we had to wait over 45 minutes just to go down. Completely unacceptable for a building with three elevators, especially considering the high price we paid. I would only come back for the view, but everything else was far below expectations.

I loved that they had a dinning table in the balcony so we ejoyed breakfast there every day. The apartment is really nice and comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked. Furniture and beds were comfortable. They also had beach chairs, a wagon and other beach toys. The beach was beautiful. The pool was clean. The condo in general was in good condition. Even the parking spot had an amazing view. We didn't have issues with elevatores, reasonable wait times. The location is great, many things at a walking distance. We absolutely loved it and will come back here.

Were there for a grandsons ball tournament. Beautiful clean condo. No issues with anything. Would definitely use again.

Very nice condo, love the tile floors and stunning balcony. We had a couple of weird issues with the lock codes but the staff was fantastic and patient while dealing with it all. We will definitely be back! My only suggestion would be to check out the tub in the bathroom closest to the balcony, it seemed to have some give while standing near the drain. Not a major concern but could be a future issue.

We’ve rented three units so far and plan to come back to this wonderful building. 1402 has lovely furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and worked well. Grocery Stores, shopping malls, restaurants, entertainment and services are all close. Parking onsite is convenient—but tight if you have a large SUV or truck. There is some room across the street. The management team with Greta’s is the best—Riley is truly amazing. He always answers any questions quickly. Great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach at PCB.

Our stay at 1402 was absolutely amazing. The condo is equipped with everything needed to have a wonderful experience. Breakfast on the deck is the perfect way to start the day! Chilling on the deck is the perfect way to end the day. The location is perfect for restaurants, quick shopping trips and entertainment for all age groups. Working with the team at Greta’s assures a smooth, carefree experience from reservations to check out. Any questions or concerns are addressed quickly. Riley and Adam take care of anything and everything!! We will definitely be back ❤️

Everything was perfect as always we enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time at the beach!! Thanks again for the excellent customer service and hospitality. Everything was clean. Cant wait until our next trip.
