First floor 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath condo. The screen porch is just steps from the pool. The condo is spacious with 10 foot ceilings and very clean and nicely decorated. There are 2 televisions with cable, 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom also the condo has high speed internet.. Tile throughout with carpet in the bedroom. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a dining room off the kitchen. The unit has stackable washer and dryer. Its about a 15 minute walk to the beach and

Stayed Oct 30, 2020Couldn't be happier with my stay. For me, it was a move back home to the area and rent while my new home is being built. Upon arrival, absolutely clean, all items within condo that you would need for a long comfortable stay, just bring your suitcases. Literally steps to the pool! Quiet association with extremely well kept grounds, and great friendly neighbors. Gated access to community makes for a secure feeling. Quick five minute drive or a ten minute walk to the beach. Great screened patio to enjoy morning coffee or watch the Peacocks that wander around Cape Canaveral. At times, you can spot a Bald Eagle resting in a tree! Rocket launches, are incredible to view from the patio! Overall, a great place to stay, highly recommended!

Stayed Jul 13, 2019I have to say that at first we were a little disappointed with the curb appeal. The complex needs more trees & flowers. However, once we were inside the condo, we quickly changed our mind. So tastefully decorated and clean and Joseph is a fantastic owner. So nice and accommodating! We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 24, 2019I was staying at Joe's place to watch the launch and landing of the FH STP-2 launch from Jetty Park. It's a close walk and it was awesome. Also close to Kennedy space center. Wonderful place to stay at for space fans
