Next to Cocoa Beach Pier Recently Renovated Oceanfront Condo with Heated Pool

We very much enjoyed our condo is was well kept. The pool could use a little more attention.

We only had one small issue during or stay. It was fixed promptly. We had a great two plus weeks.

Condo was in a great location, close to the beach,stores, and the “Pier” restaurant and bar. The host stayed in touch before and during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and well appointed. What you see and read is what you get. Safe and clean place to stay right on the beach.

Loved the location. Pool was nice and had afternoon shade. My only complaint was the pool closed at 9pm to renters so that the permanent residents could have their privacy.

The unit was clean and spacious. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of room to hang out inside. The roof top was awesome! The pool was great, bigger than pictures show. Had a great time with easy access to the beach. The grill area was wonderful, we cooked out and it was so nice to have that option.

Mostly satisfied with the unit. We had two bedrooms with two king-size beds, but they also advertised a sleeper sofa. When we pulled the sleeper sofa out, there was a note telling us that the sleeper sofa was broken, and there was an air mattress in the owners closet. We had an elderly person (76 years old) he was not physically able to sleep on the pullout sofa. Very disappointed that we did not know this while renting the unit because we would not have rented one with the option of sleeping on an air mattress.

The condo was amazing! Great location, very clean, good future, great amenities and steps to the beach! Loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed direct access to the beach/pier area. Teenagers enjoyed surf lessons/board rentals that were reasonable and easy to navigatenavigatewithohaving to haul

This property was a perfect location within walking distance to the pier, shops and restaurants. The rooftop gives a spot for beautiful view and the direct access to the beach was great. I love that the condo provided items for the beach.

The only downside was that we didn’t get to stay longer. Perfect location right on the beach with heated pool and outdoor games. Condo was spotless and had everything we needed! Communication with Zareh could not have been any better!

Zareh Haden with Palm Stays was one of the best and convenient of all the host we have booked through VRBO .We were very happy with the condo and location . Very nice vacation.

We stayed in 204 for our spring break getaway. Our daughter’s softball team was playing games all week at the USSSA complex in Melbourne.The unit and location were perfect for us. Loved the spaciousness, cleanliness, king size beds, two full baths, laundry in unit, full size fridge, and roof top deck (perfect for morning coffee). We enjoyed being right on the beach, and very close to the pier. Everyone (staff and other guests) were very friendly.

Overall was satisfied, short walk to beach and Pier and the rooftop was awesome. The place was pretty clean and had most everything we needed and we are not very picky. The only big complaint we had was the couch was broken and there just wasn't a comfortable place to sit and relax at the end of the day. We made due with it but when we got to our next rental property in Orlando the quality of furniture was clearly better. We enjoyed our stay loved the warmth of the pool and shuffleboard was fun.
