Excellent ocean views

We had a great weekend at 15E! The outdoor terrace was huge and so well furnished with chaises, lounge furniture and dining furniture that it was like having a second apartment. The interior was also great with new bathrooms and comfy living and dining furniture and space. Would totally rent this unit again!

We had a nice time, but we like to eat in on our arrival day. When I went to get the pots out I could not cook my food in them. They were a jumbled mess to begin with but I believe they were used and put away without cleaning. We had to ear out every night. But a good location.

The view from this condo are to die for! We will definitely be back next year! It had a fully stocked kitchen and was very clean. I loved that the linens were provided. FYI that should be mentioned on the listing. It was not so we brought our own linens, but I’ll know for next year! If I had to say anything negative it would be that the beds weren’t the most comfortable, but I feel like that’s the case in most rentals.

A beautifully maintained condo just steps from the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. The huge deck gave you an extra place to socialize and relax. Family looks forward to visiting it again.

The condo looked great in the photos posted on the internet, and was equally great in person. It was clean, spacious, and well taken care of. We were surprised that so many amenities were included: linens, needed care items (trash bags, toilet tissue, dishwashing stuff, etc.). Would certainly book this place in the future!

Stayed 5 nights at the condo with my wife, children and parents. Check in process was quick and easy. Was able to access the condo an hour early which was nice. The building grounds were well taken care of but at first it felt like a maze trying to navigate to the pool and beach. The condo was spacious and decorated just as shown in the listing. A couple of items (water bottle and tissue behind dresser) from the previous renter were still left behind but no big deal. The terrace was the highlight of the place. The terrace can probably hold 20-30 people on it. I don't think this was motioned in the listing or other reviews but the terrace is exclusive to the unit but is separated with a gate from the main hallway to access other units. The gate is similar to one for a pool with no lock. Therefore anyone could technically open it up to access the terrace. This was not an issue for us and only ran into one person on our floor the whole time of our trip. Just make sure your doors are locked when you go out. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely stay in the same unit again. Nice ambient, very cozy,nice size of the veranda. Excellent beach front view. Great for romantic or family getaways.
