In addition to being able to walk right onto the beach, you are in walking distance to restaurants, Gulf World, and Pier Park. Amenities here include two swimming pools (one is heated from October through March), hot tubs, gym, and beach chair and umbrella service for two between March and October. Parking is located perfectly UNDER the building. This way, you don't haveto park across the street and walk over from the garage.

The views from the 22nd floor are amazing year round but nothing beats July 4th! Two massive firework shows are visible in each direction from the balcony.

Condo improvements include a renovated master bathroom, updated furniture, new balcony furniture, a new dishwasher, and a new washer and dryer.

Sunrise Beach is a great location! Centrally located, you are just over a mile from Pier Park which features shops, restaurants, and the Sky Wheel. Great restaurants are in walking distance and some of our favorites include Sharky's, Runaway Island, Moe's, Barefoot Hide-A-Way Grill, and Diego's. Gulf World is just 1/2 mile away and is a great family attraction with a fantastic aquarium, daily shows, and exhibits. For groceries, Target and Walmart are only one mile away or have your groceries ready for you in the condo before you arrive using a service like Condo Concierge (https://condocierge.com/). Beach supplies are in walking distance at Alvin's Island. Other nearby attractions include helicopter tours, mini golf, and a short drive will take you to one of our favorite spots - St. Andrew's State Park and marina.

There is a 7-night minimum for Spring Break and the summer season (Memorial Day weekend through August). Please make your reservations for Saturday-Saturday.
During the rest of the year, the minimum is ordinarily 3 nights.

You must be 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

A security deposit of $500, in the form of a hold on a credit/debit card, will be collected separately 2 days before arrival and released no more than 7 days after departure. More details are provided in the rental agreement.
