**NEWLY RENOVATED**NEW PHOTOS*Destin West - Heron PH05 -3BR Penthouse! Rooftop Hot Tub!

This was one of our favorite properties. We loved the roof top access. The pools were amazing! The room options--with two bunk beds was very helpful for our family.

Excellent! This condo was amazing-it is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need! Coastal Communications was on top of everything. There was an issue with the air conditioning and they had it repaired the same day. We highly recommend both this until and Coastal Vacations!

This property is beautiful and had everything we needed for our week vacation. It's in a great location. The location is on the bayside of the property but the gulf side is easy to get to. Our teenagers loved the access to the pools and lazy river and the included hot tub on the roof.

Destin west was the perfect location for our family of 6 plus a baby! It’s so close to the boardwalk that we often walked to it and Destin was just a short drive away. The rooftop provided the perfect place for drinking coffee while looking at the bay or enjoying the privacy of the hot tub. As for the place itself, everything was great! The whole place was shockingly spacious and very comfy. Would 10/10 book again.

Beautiful condo with everything you would need, very clean. Roof top access was very nice. The grounds were very well maintained and the pools and lazy river were a big hit. Easy walk across the skybridge to the beach. Management was very helpful with minor maintenance issue, prompt to respond. Management was also very helpful answering questions I had before we got there. We would definitely stay here again!!

We walked to the boardwalk most nights for Dinner. Coastal vacations provided a great list of restaurants to try and we took advantage of the Donut Hole in Destin and Old Bay Steamer just down the road. Pools were heated in March and the rooftop Hottub was perfect on those chilly days/nights! Would definitely rent this unit again.

Clean, wonderful location, hottub was fantastic and the beds were super comfy.

Our family has stayed at Destin West for 10yrs and have stayed at different properties over the years. As expected, some properties were better than others. This property is one of our top rated properties we have visited. The property is exactly as it is presented in the photos. We had a great experience.

The condo was clean, well-stocked, and decorated so well! Beds were comfortable, and our kids loved having TVs in their own rooms! The rooftop patio with grill and hot tub was FANTASTIC. We enjoyed the pool, especially the lazy river. The walk to the beach was a little further than I would've liked, but totally worth it once you step onto that white sand (and the walkway over the street made it easy to get to the beach side). The wagon, beach chairs, and canopy were a great extra touch. As for views, there isn't a super clear view of the ocean from the room, however, a great view over the bay, which is where the sun and moon both rose. The patios overlook the pool/lazy river area. If we end up back in Florida again, definitely looking this one up again!

This property has been newly renovated and is in pristine condition! Every detail was thought out! The beds are very comfortable also. This is the best condo we've had the pleasure to rent!

We have stayed at several condos at Destin West and this condo was hands down the best one so far. All guests commented how nice & clean it was. Will stay here again!
