We enjoyed staying at this property. It was very quiet because it was off season. The property was clean except for the pair of women’s underwear left under the bed, which my wife found when looking for her shoes. The furniture was comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the electric recliner. The patio was nice and the gas grill was and added pleasure. The appliances were descent and we definitely took advantage of all of them since we prepared several of our meals in house. The location was especially convenient to downtown shopping and eating. The lamps were a little dated and one sparked when my wife turned it on. It immediately stopped working so we unplugged it. We also appreciated the gas fireplace and used it the first morning to knock the chill off. Overall, I would recommend this more than adequate property to anyone wanting to get away for a time of relaxation and fun.

I would like to start by saying the location of this property is excellent. The ski-in/ski-out access was very convenient and truly a highlight of our stay. However, I feel it is important to provide honest feedback for future renters. The listing states the apartment has a “recently renovated kitchen.” While expectations can vary, this kitchen did not appear renovated. There were several maintenance and comfort issues during our stay. The bathroom cabinet was broken on the side, and water leaked out of the bathtub when showering. The unit appears to have a small water heater, as for three consecutive nights the second person showering did not have warm water and we had to wait nearly an hour for it to heat again. The mattress in the main bedroom and the sofa bed were not comfortable, and the pillows in the main bedroom were stained. The listing also mentioned a grill on the balcony, which was not available. We were later told this may be due to HOA regulations, but this was not disclosed prior to arrival. We stayed for 11 days, and there were no cleaning supplies or a vacuum provided. I did request a mid-stay cleaning, which was eventually provided. Considering the price paid, the condition did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, the most disappointing part was meeting the owner, whose response to our concerns felt dismissive and rude. He said this is an apartment that renters destroy with no care. I am sharing this review to help future renters know what to expect.

There were shops within walking distance. Renovations at the time of our stay made things a little noisier and more difficult to carry our suitcases up and down the stairs, but the stay was still much enjoyed. Host was very responsive and timely. Overall the room was great and we enjoyed our stay! Would definitely come back and stay here.

Was ok. Strange odor around the couch area. Was also not informed the pool and sauna on site were closed. We were able to use the pool across the street. Location was great however.

Unbeatable location. Hot tub and sauna on-site still under construction and inoperable, but pool and hot tub access across the street.

The condo was great, but there was construction right behind the unit that was very loud with limited privacy from 7:00am to 6;00pm each day. We were not able to use the balcony any morning or evening of our stay.

The location of this property is perfect . We were so close to the lift and we were able to come back for lunch easily. It’s also very close to restaurants and shopping. We didn’t move our car during our stay because it was so walkable. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing/boarding. The condo had everything we needed.

Overall, the property was very nice. The room was very clean and well supplied with the necessities. Access to the slopes at peak 9 couldn’t be better. The only drawback to the whole visit was that the indoor pool and hot tub were out of order, apparently being under renovation, which wasn’t disclosed in the listing. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!

I was disappointed in no mountain view I paid for and the rug had major stains. The blanket on the bed was ripped and should be thrown out. The kitchen was a nice surprise. The building lobby clean.
