Looking for the perfect townhome for a large group This beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome features tasteful mountain décor and a spacious layout designed for comfort and convenience. Ideally located right on the Winter Red Line shuttle route, the home offers easy access to the slopes and is just a short walk to shopping, dining, the movie theater, bowling alley, and the new Ice Center/Rec Center. The inviting living area features a large smart TV and a cozy fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. The fully equipped, remodeled kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table (seating for 8) or the breakfast bar (seating for 2). Step outside to the deck and take advantage of the BBQ for outdoor dining. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with access to a shared full bath. The third bedroom includes two twin beds, while the fourth bedroom is ideal for larger groups or kids, with two sets of bunk beds (two doubles on the bottom and two twins on top). Guests also have access to on-site amenities including a spa, sauna, and laundry facilities. The outdoor swimming pool is available during the summer months.     This condo was great! Very clean, great location and plenty of room for everyone. Only downside was that there was no AC but I’m sure that’s not much of a problem during the winter.

City was way busier then normal and a little crazy. Overall though we had a great time as usual.

    Our stay at this property was a little disappointing. The listing and other reviews mentioned the cleanliness which I found lacking. The carpets in the bedrooms and downstairs area were stained and appeared dirty. The bedding in some rooms seemed dingy. The bath linens were a bit thin and scratchy. Overall a dated unit. The microwave was so old it took us a while to figure out how to use it as were the heating elements in the bedrooms. The dishwasher was also old and terribly noisy. It being next to the master bedroom made it difficult to use at nights. WiFi was slow and pretty much useless. Plenty of kitchen supplies though and the fireplace were nice. Nice big balcony facing the street. Not likely to stay here again.

    Making sleeping arrangements for a family of 10 was not a problem. All hanging and chatting it up in the dining and living room was fun and easy. Here are the challenges. WiFi needs help. It was the slowest, spotty-est internet service experienced. Cooking in-house was challenge. The exhaust fan area would drip oils. If not careful, your foods will be tainted. We lost a couple meals and spent more monies on take out. It turned out to be pretty pricey. This may work for other families/groups if there are minimal needs for kitchen use. Last, the sight of multiple spiderwebs in different rooms and areas upfront and afar, gave the feel that cleanliness was not top priority. With the aforementioned corrected, we would revisit this unit. As of today, it felt like a money pit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The blankets were dirty with stains on them. The heater took over 24 hours to get warm in freezing temps. The king mattress in the Master was old and you would sink into the mattress. Unit did not have a shovel to clean walkway. Firewood outside was not accessible due to piled snow on the balcony.
