Newly Renovated Property.

Perfect location. Walk to the Cradle and with a little effort (one beer walk) downtown. Property is very clean and excellent host…couldn’t figure out the best thermostat because I’m 65…called/text Sam when he was at a Canes game and from his phone set up us. Immediate response. Great place and would recommend to anyone.

Great little condo on the golf course! Very clean and spacious with everything you need for a fun getaway. Both bedrooms were twin beds, which I didn't realize when booking, but we made it work! Host message gave us everything we needed to know to get there and get in with no issues. Highly recommend!

Right in the middle of a golf course

Absolutely loved the location on the golf course 18th fairway and the condo was exceptional and very clean.

Great location, surrounded by the golf course. Easy walk to Pinehurst. Stayed at the condo for the Rockingham Race weekend, a hundred times nicer/larger than some hotel room. Will be back !

Great location close to Pinehurst clubhouse

The place and location were great! Literally walk across two fairways and you are on the Cradle. Had a couple drinks at the Cradle “halfway house” and could still see our place and car. We walked to #2 club house for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and putting! Waze App wants to take you to a different spot. Continue south past the Cradle on your left and make a right at the light. You will be driving in front of a couple tee boxes to get to it. Real fun! Place was clean and safe. Enjoyed the views from the back deck rocking chairs. Beds are comfortable. Will stay here again on my next trip. The place is 12 minutes to Southern Pines, Pine Needles, and Mid Pines. All great tracks! Easy drive!

Great location - Right on one of the Pinehurst courses and across the street from the Pinehurst clubhouse.Tons of things do do and see.Great communication with the owner too. He was great to deal with.

Communication with property manager was quick and clear. The location is perfect, I watched my son and husband finish hole 18 on Pinehurst #3. Check-in was also simple and Sam was accomodating on our time. The laundry is steps away in another building. Overall a wonderful stay, we will be back to Pinehurst and Southern Pines again.

We have stayed here a couple times, and it’s been absolutely wonderful! Clean, well stocked, and love the golf-themed decor. Owner is very nice and quick to respond. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Day before checking into the Carolina Hotel needed a place to stay. This place was perfect, clean, convenient, comfortable. Sam is a great communicator and great host. Highly recommend.

Great place for relaxation among the pines and watching the golfers go by. Condo is well maintained, clean and well situated in Pinehurst. Check-in and out was super easy. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location right on eighteenth fairway of a Pinehurst Golf Course. The condo could use some fine tuning such as a reasonable number of good hangers and draw space.

Excellent location if you’re planning to golf. Located in between No. 3 and No. 5 with views of the fairway and The Cradle across the street. A little small for a group of four, but would be perfect for a couple.

I stayed for a brief few days, and the condo was advertised and had everything you needed. It was in a great location, easy to access, and I easily communicated with the owner. I would definitely recommend this place and go back myself for a longer stay.

Excellent views and location! We were here for business this trip but would love to come back for golf and pleasure.

If you’re a golf fanatic this place is perfect. Nestled between 17 green on No 5 and 18 green on No 3 this condo is a golfers’ paradise. 5 min walk to Cradle, Thistle Dhu, main Pinehurst Clubhouse, No 2 & No 4, the Deuce restaurant and more. Inside the condo is golf theme and decor everywhere. The condo the clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. 4 people total. 2 dads and 2 sons (kids age 12) for a golf trip. Will definitely stay here again.

We (my husband and daughter) experienced a “destination Christmas” in Pinehurst. It was a great time together. Downtown was magical. The property and host were exceptional!

Great place to stay for a girls' spa weekend. Easy access to spa, Pinehurst, Southern Pines, etc..and fun to watch the early morning golfers right outside the window. Luckily host warned us about feeling like you were driving on cart path to reach the condo - a few times we had to wait for golfers to finish to drive through.

The location was incredible. You have a view of The Cradle from the front and a view of the course in the back! The condo was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Perfect for us!

The quality of a good rental can be directly correlated to the quality of the amenities in the rental. The view was incredible. Right at the approach of the 18th fairway in the heart of Pinehurst. The location is central to everything and such a warm and comfortable location. But the best part by far was how soft the towels, toilet paper, and beds are.

A few friends and I took our wives for the week. Condo was in an awesome location and was super nice. You can see the Cradle from the kitchen sink. Will be back for sure.

Great Location-Easy in and easy out and just a few minutes to everything from Food to Shopping to Golf. We will be back.
