The pool was wonderful, the view of the beach was great, the condo was beautiful! Raffi was very easy to communicate with, responded in a timely manner. Made our stay the best it could be. Will definitely come back.

Our family had a fantastic week together at San Remo (604)! The apartment was clean and well-equipped with all we needed and more (all the usuals plus beach chairs, coolers, beach blanket, umbrella). Perfect size place for our family of four adults. Beautifully decorated. The location was excellent for us as we love quieter, less crowded areas. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Loved the locker downstairs where we could conveniently pick up chairs and umbrella on our way out to the beach and put them away before heading back upstairs. San Remo is perfectly situated on the gulf side of Gulf Boulevard. The only thing between the apartment building and the beach is the San Remo pool - genius! Very nice views of the gulf and the bay from the private balcony. George and Raffi were very helpful. The check-in process is super easy as they issued us a code we could use upon arrival - no one to check in with onsite - just let yourself in. Great setup. Highly recommend!

The condo was clean upon our arrival. It came with everything we needed in the kitchen and had plenty of bath, kitchen, and beach towels. Our view of the ocean and bay was perfect. The walk to the beach was short and the pool area was always clean with plenty of chairs to lay out. The decor was very modern and suitable for the destination. We loved how this condo had plenty of comfortable seating for us in the living room, this was a first for us as normally there isn't enough seating. We would definitely stay here again! This is our second time staying in this unit and we’ve also stayed at other units in this building in the past. We can’t say enough good things about the location and this unit is our favorite! We love the features and upgrades of this condo. Comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and nice details included such as paper towels, dish detergent and laundry detergent. We loved that the owners provided beach towels and a closet full of beach chairs/gear. The condo was very clean. The pool is fabulous with a nice shaded area and it was never crowded. We love staying in Redington Shores for how nice the beach is and easy driving distance to Clearwater and Tampa, but the beach feels relaxing and not crowded. The elevator in the building works but it is very slow! George contacted us before check in and was very accommodating when we arrived early! Overall, we had an awesome trip and will definitely stay here again in the future!
