Newly Renovated, Oceanfront Condo with Balcony, Great View, AC & Shared Pool

Well equipped, beautiful view, and clean except for stale smell.

unit 4G was very clean and owner and Vacasa added many furnished many items and extras that we were not expecting which made staying there very nice. Would stay there again.

Overall, the stay was good. Great location, easy access to the beach easy check-in. Also walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores and convenient stores if needed. Parking on site was easy never had a Parking on site was easy never had an issue finding a spot. The view was very nice as well. The kitchen was amazing for cooking and storing snacks and food. The living room was a great space. However, the couch is a bit uncomfortable. The cushions tend to separate with any little movement. The balcony is very nice to sit out in the morning have a cup of coffee enjoy the view and the weather. A few cons were the cleanliness of the sheets and blankets in one of the bedrooms. I actually went to purchase my own sheets and blankets. Some other things were left unclean as well but doable. The air condition works very well in the kitchen and the living room area. However, in the bedrooms it is extremely warm as if the air condition is not pumping properly into the bedrooms or the back of the condo.

The view was phenomenal. The location is perfect. Lots of activities close by. Balcony is a very good size. Recommend!!!

This place has the best view and the most family friendly couch I've ever experienced! The whole condo is really beautiful and seems recently renovated. We had a great time in Ocean City and will definitely be back!

We had a great trip and the place was ideal for our family. We did think that the no jumping at the pool left the experience for kids less than ideal but we are beach people so did not impact us much.

Mostly average stay except for a couple dirty areas, dishes, and the sofa bed is not the queen size that is advertised. They tried to fake it with an oversized fitted sheet but the mattress doesn't even fit in the frame of the sleeper sofa. Not a problem until you have to rely on it, ended up having one of our guests sleeping on the floor. As long as you don't plan to have the sleeper sofa it is an ok stay.

It was a great stay. Looking to make it a yearly thing!

Even though the condo was very nice and comfortable, the balcony was our favorite place to be, relaxing and watching the ocean.

Everything about this place was great EXCEPT for the noise from the machine room that hums loudly in the master bedroom. It’s much more than a white noise. Other than that not one complaint.

This unit was wonderful for a short weekend getaway. We enjoyed all the amenities, and upgrades and you can’t beat the ocean view and large balcony. It was also very quiet at night. We will definitely be back next year !
