Stayed Jul 17, 2025My husband and our children thoroughly enjoyed staying here for our trip to Folly Field Beach. The unit was probably the most well stocked place like this I’ve ever stayed in. Pam was very responsive from check in to an other questions I had about the property. Beach was like advertised probably about 4 min away- but may have felt longer with a 3 year old and the wagon in tow with probably too much stuff! Where the private beach entrance is the beach is barely crowded at all- even on a weekend! Highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 22, 2025We are a family of 4….2 adults and 2 kids. We had a great stay. The place was clean, great location, able to walk to the beach, and able to get anywhere in town within 15-20 minutes. Felt right at home and comfortable.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023First about the property… the condo has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 full baths. It also has a pullout couch. This unit is located on a small pond with a water feature. It is relaxing to sit out there and enjoy the view. This unit is also located right next to the pool and the gate leading to the ocean. The ocean walk is about 4 minutes and leads to a secluded section of the beach where it is not crowded. The unit has lots of books and beach accessories. We came here during Labor Day weekend and very much enjoyed the stay. Next about the host. Pam has been one of the best hosts we have had. She was very responsive and went above and beyond when we had a tragedy in the family and had to reschedule at the last minute in the spring. She was understanding and did her best to take care of us. I hate to brag about this place because it will probably be booked next time we want to come, and there will be a next time. It is worth the stay and Pam is someone you can trust.

Stayed Aug 2, 2022My daughter and I loved our stay. The property was in a nice location. Very close to the pool, easy walk to the beach, quick drive to shops and restaurants. We liked the layout and had everything we needed. The balcony was such a nice place to eat, and we saw turtles, alligators, and birds from the balcony. Pam was very responsive and made the check in and check out processes simple. Would return for sure!
