We loved the location. It was great being able to walk to both the beach and Colligny Plaza. The balcony being ocean front was also a plus. We also enjoyed the pool area- there’s an adult pool that goes up to 8ft deep, and then a kid pool that’s 2ft deep. The kid pool was perfect for my 2 year old daughter. The kitchen was really nice and looks like it was recently renovated. The bedroom is small with the bed taking up most of the room. We did manage to fit myself, my husband and our 2 year old in it but it was a tight squeeze (I think it’s a double bed). We didn’t use the pull out couch so I’m not sure how that is. AC throughout the unit was good. We would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed our weekend at this property. The location was perfect for us. The size and layout fit our needs well. We did notice that the dryer in the unit was not very efficient and took a really long time to dry our clothes. Also, on the check-in process, there does not appear to be a need to pick up the packet at the property management office if you are not parking a car. The packet only has parking passes in it…I explained that we did not need parking passes, if we’re still told to make that extra, unnecessary stop.
A nice seafront top floor apartment in great location for beach and shops etc.. Nice kitchen and big fridge. A little tired in places which could be easily fixed, but was not an issue for our 5 day stay. The keyless entry system works fine.
The third floor condo is decorated in blues, greens and white, with beach paintings and decor throughout. The balcony was great! I could sit at a table with 2 matching chairs or a bigger red chair that made me feel like a queen on a thrown! It's oceanfront and you can watch the waves come in and can see the various tide levels. Beach access is along side of the condo. There is a small grove of low palmettos and other bushes between the condos and beach, so you can hear the ocean sounds clearly, but they aren't roaring in your ears. I could hear the ocean inside the condo as well, with the sliding doors closed. The living room sofa was comfortable, but I didn't pull out the bed. The living room also had a cocktail table that converted into a dining table with 2 stools underneath the ends, one which I used as a footstool in my stocking feet. There was also a matching set of bar stool height chairs that could be used around the breakfast bar or for extra seating. There was a tv and dvd player in the living room too. The kitchen had a keurig, Mr. Coffee and toaster. All necessary silverware, dishes, glasses and some beachy mugs were stocked as well as a wide assortment of cookware, bowls, serving pieces and trays. One of the touches I most appreciated were new paper towels, dish sponge, dish washing liquid and a few dishwasher pods in a jar. (There was also laundry pods near the washer/dryer combo.)I loved having access to a washer and dryer, which was located right outside the bathroom. The bedroom had a comfortable bed, with plenty of pillows available. There were small storage closets on either side that had shelves and plenty of hangers for clothes. There was also a shelf over the headboard for all my night time stuff. There was a tv in the bedroom and a row of large hooks along the wall for jackets, etc. The condo was easy to get into, using the code given to me by Vacasa. There was a pool in the middle of the condos that looked clean, but it was too cold to swim. There's also covered parking. There was an elevator to take for luggage, groceries, etc. However, I ended up taking the stairs most of the time. Vacasa was a great property management team. I phoned them for a few questions I had and they had someone come over to help me shortly afterwords. I met Valerie, the office manager and another staff member and both were very helpful and friendly. My only issue is that I never got onto the Internet, even with help. The system seemed to be looking for a security key, which no one had. My husband confirmed that a firewall wasn't blocking access, so I'm not sure what happened with it. I had to use my phone for limited Internet. Thank you for offering this condo on VRBO and having Vacasa as the property management company! I found the condo clean and the sheets and towels clean. I appreciated the texts and emails welcoming me, telling me the access code and how to check out via text! I had a wonderful experience!
Lovely beach front and able to see sunrise daily. Very cozy unit. A bit tight in the bedroom. Well kept. Most kitchen needs.
I had never been to Hilton Head before and did not know what to expect. I was unfamiliar with the area as well. This condo has the perfect location. It is very central to local restaurants, shops, tiki bar, beach, parks, etc... And if you can't walk to it, you can ride a bike to it. The beach view from the condo is fantastic! The entire condo was very clean. As well as provided anything you might need (beach items, utensils, cooking pans, etc..). We really enjoyed our stay here. I would love to return!! This was the perfect size for us (2 people).
The cleanliness of the unit! The keurig was an added bonus, New refrigerator! Love the Beach view!
Such a great, stress free experience renting this place! Everything was walkable and easy access to the beach.
We had a fabulous stay. Condo was a quick walk to shops and restaurants and to the beach! We will definitely book again.
Loved the direct ocean view and it’s within walking distance to shops, grocery, restaurants and farmers market on weekends. Nice heated pool and elevators. Convenient to so many things
