Newly renovated- FIRST FLOOR unit - 4 min walk to beach-free pb courts on site.

Great location to stay for a family beach trip. Walking access to beach and pool with resort dining available. It had everything there and did not have to leave the resort for anything unless we wanted to! Great condo unit with everything to cook with and even had beach toys! Kids loved the bunk beds!

We had a great experience at this property! First, let me say that the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. Their communication with us was excellent. During a Saturday to Saturday stay, I do not like to arrive to the island late on the first Saturday and waste one of seven vacation days. I was able to access all amenities at the resort early that first Saturday. I appreciated the call from the owners, too, to let me know the unit was clean and ready a couple of hours earlier than expected. They didn't have to do that, and I would have been content waiting until check-in time to get in. So nice, though, to get settled earlier in the day. The resort staff, too, was very friendly and helpful. The unit and property were exactly as advertised. Anything you might need was available in the unit. Pickleball and tennis courts were right there at our access. The pool was very nice, large with various depths to accommodate pool goers of all sizes. Was convenient, too, on a couple of the days when we were at the pool, to be able to grab a quick bite to eat or some ice cream for the little ones who were with us. The beach was fantastic! I have stayed on the beach in Sea Pines almost annually for the past eighteen years. Though I love it there, the neighborhood and beach at Folly Field did not disappoint at all, and accessing grocery stores, restaurants, etc. was a little easier. We had a wonderful stay, and again, the owners were terrific!

Overall this place was great and exactly as described. The only downfall was I wish it had laundry in the unit but other than that Sue was great to work with and we had a wonderful vacation.

We were a group of 4 adults (two in 60's and two in 80's). This first level condo had everything that we needed/wanted. Everything was recently remodeled and clean and the two bathrooms were a plus. The owner provided quick responses and pleasant communication. We loved playing open play pickleball each morning which was just a few steps out the door. The large pool on the property was also large and refreshing.Please note, that if you have someone with accessibility needs, this condo may not work. There are 6 steps from the ground level that were a bit challenging for our 85 year olds.

Great condo so clean, nice furniture well stocked kitchen plenty of dishes, pots and pans. We had 2 couples then a friend came for the day and decided to stay the night since we had plenty of room. Super easy access to the beach. We are planning our next girls trip Sue is a greathost

The property was exactly as listed, it’s a short walk away from the pool and beach. The pool is ocean front and there’s ice cream and snow cones on the board walk there. The property is fully stocked with everything you need to live comfortably during your stay. We really enjoyed it.

This cute condo immediately makes you feel at home. We had family renting other condos in this complex, and our was by far the best. It was stocked with all the basics we needed, and comfortable and bright. The location was fantastic for us since my sister has a house nearby. We would recommend this to any family. There were 5 of us from 8 to 70 years old. Wifi worked great, and tv had all the stations for all ages. Chairs, umbrella, and beach toys as well. Parking was convenient, and Sue reached out to ensure all was as we expected.

The host was communicative leading up to and during our stay. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were super comfortable and we would definitely book again in the future!

Second year in a row my family and I have said at this condo. It is the perfect place for my family. Under 5 minute walk just through the parking lot to the pool and beach. Son loves to play pickle ball and the resort allows you to rent them for free for an hour which is super nice. We feel safe in the resort walking to and from the playground even if it gets dark. Condo is has been very clean both times and the owners are responsive to any needs we had. Our last day required a maintenance call and the owners were very prompt and the resort maintenance crew arrived within an hour. Hilton head in general has so much to do and see and this spot is right in the middle. Good restaurants and parks within biking distance all on a bike path. Can not wait to stay a third year next summer!
