Stayed Feb 1, 2025Booked this condo because it seemed like a decent value price-wise, & we wanted 2 king beds. The property suited our needs very well. The unit is nicely updated, the 2 hot tubs & sauna in the building are decent, but we really enjoyed the access to the outdoor pool/hot tub complex a short walk down the parking lot. It’s also great being a short 5 min walk to downtown for the plethora of restaurants/bars/shopping. The F shuttle bus lot is literally across the street, otherwise it was a 5 min walk to the base area of Peak 9. The underground parking lot was a bit of a cluster on Saturday when we arrived, but during the week it was fine. Being a top-floor unit, there’s a decent view of the mountains from the balcony - not a bad spot to enjoy a cold one after a day on the hill or maybe your morning coffee. Would definitely recommend this place!

Stayed Aug 14, 2024The Condo was well stocked. However there was not a fire extinguisher and I do not thinks that the fire alarm or the carbon monoxide alarm were hooked up and working. One of the patio chairs was missing a bolt. The pictures showed a table and chairs in the living room and that was not there.
