The Breckenridge Free Shuttle stop is also directly across the street, taking you to the various peaks. The Smart TVs, wood-burning fireplace, and shared hot tubs are also lovely!

The Neighborhood:

The unbeatable location of this condo ensures that all of Breck is at your doorstep! Walk across the street to enjoy all the restaurants and shops of the quintessential ski village. The closest access point is the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Chair, at 0.4 miles away, it’s a flat-elevation, 5-minute walk. The Snowflake Lift is very close for Peak 8 Access, a slight uphill for 0.4 mile, 9-minute walk. The Gondola is also easy to access, a flat-elevation, 0.7-mile walk. The BreckConnect Gondola is always free, runs summer and winter, and brings you to the base of Peaks 7 and 8. It’s also a great ADA-accessible option for people with limited mobility or non-skiers. To get back home after a day on the mountain, ski or hike down Four O'Clock Run. At the bottom of the hill, turn right onto the sidewalk, pass through the roundabout with pedestrian crossing, and turn right onto the Cimarron complex.



Getting Around:

From the condo, you can easily walk to all of the main attractions in the area–you can be out on the slopes or wandering downtown in mere minutes! The Breck FREE ride bus is a convenient option, with the Pine Ridge bus stop on the Gray Route right across the street. The FREE Main Street trolley is also an excellent choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.



Other Things to Note:

Please also note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.



Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please note, the Upper Village indoor/outdoor pools, 2 outdoor hot tubs, and indoor hot tub operate seasonally. They open with the ski area on the 2nd Friday in November and close in September.

    Booked this condo because it seemed like a decent value price-wise, & we wanted 2 king beds. The property suited our needs very well. The unit is nicely updated, the 2 hot tubs & sauna in the building are decent, but we really enjoyed the access to the outdoor pool/hot tub complex a short walk down the parking lot. It’s also great being a short 5 min walk to downtown for the plethora of restaurants/bars/shopping. The F shuttle bus lot is literally across the street, otherwise it was a 5 min walk to the base area of Peak 9. The underground parking lot was a bit of a cluster on Saturday when we arrived, but during the week it was fine. Being a top-floor unit, there’s a decent view of the mountains from the balcony - not a bad spot to enjoy a cold one after a day on the hill or maybe your morning coffee. Would definitely recommend this place!

    The Condo was well stocked. However there was not a fire extinguisher and I do not thinks that the fire alarm or the carbon monoxide alarm were hooked up and working. One of the patio chairs was missing a bolt. The pictures showed a table and chairs in the living room and that was not there.
