Newly renovated, corner condo with panoramic views!

The ocean views from our condo were stunning! Would stay again for this reason alone. The condo was well set up, and despite the listing saying we had to bring our own toilet paper and paper towels, there were plenty of things already in the condo to get us through our 4-day stay. The comforters felt a little musty, so we tossed those aside and used the clean sheets that were provided (we did add on the linen package) Thankfully it was warm enough during our stay that we didn't need the extra blankets.A deep clean of the bathrooms, and thorough vacuuming under beds and in the corners would go a long way as well - quite a few dust bunnies. It felt like the cleaning crew came in, wiped down the main surfaces, did a quick vacuum of the high-traffic areas and called it good enough. The building is a little older, but has a great location to the beach, some great restaurants and shops, and the Ocean City bus line - which is very easy to use. Very safe location and building, very friendly staff, check in and out were easy.

Property was clean, plenty of cooking utensils bonus waffle maker! Was nice to be right on the beach and have a pool.

Great condo. Pool rules are a bit overboard.

Facility is very nice overall. The bathrooms need some attention. Door Seal is falling off in the one and no shelves in either to sit shampoo, shaver, etc.

Seamless checkin and out and the property was very nice and clean. I would rebook this unit in the future. Overall great experience.

Upon arriving for check-in, the process went very good and easy. The gentleman at the reservation building was very nice and informative. When I arrived at the condo, you had to check in with security and pay your $50 cash for parking, as I was waiting. The gentleman was counting out all this cash across the counter, and I had to stand and wait, wasn’t a big deal at first until I stood there for probably 10 minutes watching him count money over and over and over again. When we got into the unit, it was a short elevator ride up. The unit was beautiful, and the view was even better. We actually spent most of our time out on the balcony with the windows open. I ordered the linen package and and when going to put sheets on the bed, some of the sheets were still dirty, I tried calling the company with no answer. Thankfully, we had one extra sheet set that we weren’t using so we were able to use that. We noticed that there were no blankets anywhere so I messaged the property owner and asked them, if they were blankets somewhere, but I had no reply. So my family had to go out and buy blankets for each bed. The next morning we got up and went to make coffee, and when we pulled the filter out it was filled with old coffee grinds and about an inch of mold. After check out we got a call from reservations asking where the blankets for the bed were, I had to call 3 or 4 times and explain they were not in the unit and we had to go and buy them, no one EVER replied to any of our issues.

The property is very nice for a family stay. The view from the 16th floor is amazing. The apartment is comfortable and very convenient to not only the beach, but restaurants and stores. The lock was sticky upon arrival and a call to the reservation company prompted a quick maintenance call and all was good from then on. I recommend this property.

This property was very nice...up to date and clean We have stayed at multiple properties over the years and this is our favorite so far.

Place needs a lot of TLC. Throw rugs need to be thrown out! Place was not deep cleaned for some time, even had a disclaimer on fridge. Water pressure in shower sucked. I feel for the price you are charged, including a cleaning fee, that at least the place should be clean. I would definitely look elsewhere next time I visit ocmd
